This is an absolute gem of a holiday stay! We had the top floor which had a separate bathroom/ toilet which we knew about before booking, but as our room was the only one on the top floor, this was no issue at all.

Beds very comfy (only wish they came in king size!), and lots of space to hang around the premises if you wish.

We found it very thoughtful of them to let guests use cutlery and plates for any takeaway dinners.

Breakfast is fabulous and lots of options ranging from full English, American pancakes and vegetarian.

The check in instructions were very clear and Pam and Lorna were only too happy to help us with any questions or any additional things we needed.

We would love to be back!

Great B&B within a short walk of the beach (~10 minutes). Very friendly and welcoming, it's clean and comfortable with an excellent breakfast selection of healthy continental plus cooked. Absolutely nothing to fault at all, you won't be disappointed.

We had a lovely stay at the Beach House. Not too far to walk to the beautiful sandy beach at West Wittering and nice meal at The Wittering Pub.||The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet and Pam and Angela were so friendly at breakfast. Breakfast was brilliant! Lovely cooked breakfast and lots of other fruit, cereal, yoghurt, fruit juices and good coffee. Exactly what we needed for a break away from our toddlers for a night! Would recommend.

Fabulous place, with truly wonderful staff. Pam, the owner, was so delightful and kind (my daughter broke her foot whilst we were staying there!) as were the other staff and nothing was too much trouble. And a delicious breakfast menu - we loved our stay!!

We loved our stay! Lovely self contained room for us and the dog as well as outdoor seating so we could eat our fish & chips. Amazing breakfast (and dog enjoyed his sausage!) and lovely people. Definitely recommend. Thank you for a fab stay - we will be back ?

Spotless and beautifully decorated. Much appreciated real milk for tea and coffee in doom. Help yourself sweets jars in shared lounge, plus own biscuit jar. A very comfortable night, and an amazing breakfast in the morning - I chose the scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, having already helped myself to fresh fruit salad. Followed by freshly baked croissants.

We stayed here for a night with our dog and absolutely loved it.Super spacious modern room,a warm welcoming team and the owner is super helpful with tips on the local area.Great location near West Wittering beach with parking.Breakfast was delicious.We loved it so much we’re returning.Hoghly recommend it’s like home from home.

Perfect location for our getaway, The room was great and had everything we needed. Lorna is fantastic and so welcoming. Loved all the little touches for our dog including the treats and bowls. Breakfast was very nice and cooked perfectly.Bed was super comfy.
