Very pleased with our stay. It was our very first time staying in this hotel. We were late for a check in at the usual hours, however the staff has forwarded us all the details how to get in even at the late midnight hours, stayed in touch with just to make sure we got in here. Fabulous 👌 Plus the breakfast is delicious, Smoked Salmon and scrambled eggs sandwich was heavenly 😋
Very warm place and super tidy rooms. Top class worth the price ☺️

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a pint at The Bear & Swan in Chew Magna, and it was a fantastic experience. The pub has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a charming blend of traditional and modern decor.

The selection of beers was impressive, and the pint I had was perfectly chilled and delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The cozy seating and the lovely ambiance made it a great place to relax and unwind.

The Bear & Swan also offers a wonderful menu, and although I was there just for a drink, the food looked and smelled amazing. I can’t wait to come back and try some of their dishes.

Booked a meal via “First Table”. The food we had was excellent as was the service, friendly staff too. Car parking at rear was easy.
Disappointments were that their online menu we viewed had changed so what we originally fancied wasn’t available. We pointed this out and this review posting is 3 days after and it still has the old menu online. Some prices charged (drinks & food) were dearer than those displayed on the menu. As we were on a deal price we chose to ignore that and just paid the bill price. Will definitely go back again.

Here for 2 nights before flying to tenerife for holiday. We have stayed here before, and always been happy with our room, food in restaurant and the service from the staff, which is very professional but friendly too. The room we are in tonight and tomorrow is the best yet, really comfy and roomy, couldn't recommend this place enough!!

Didn't manage to eat at the bear and swan but did use the accomodation, which was absolutely brilliant, very clean and nice looking rooms, absolutely no complaints from me however my partner found that there was not hot water at 11pm during the stay which affected her stay. But overall absolutely brilliant cannot recommend enough.

Recently visited for lunch. Haven't been for ages and was pleasantly surprised with everything to be honest.
Lovely service, nice choice for lunch.
Our sandwiches were mega and so tasty !

We stayed here the night before our holiday and it was everything we wanted and more. We ate in the restaurant too and that was lush. |It was nice to see a nice cosy pub busy on a Friday night. Even have a really nice beer garden that I can imagine gets very busy in the summer. |Would definitely recommend and I’d stay here again.|The only thing I would say is the shutters as your blinds in the bedroom when on the main road side you can still see the car lights shine through but apart from that everything was perfect
