Unfortunately had a horrible experience after having a "Full set" of Russian lashes. Not only was it not a full set but the technician clumped my natural lashes together with glue, meaning as they grow the lashes will be ripped out. There were pieces of the white pad stuck to the lashes, where the technician glued my lashes to the pad and then had to yank the lash away from the pad. Most of the extensions were placed, half way down the lash. Then had to have a phone call with a man, who I must assume was the owner, who then told me it was my fault because I went on a sun bed. He was rude rash and aggressive down the phone. Not sure how the sun bed made me have pieces of pad on my lashes, or the fact there were very few and half way down the lash..... Anyway, refused to give me a full refund. I now have to pay to have them removed elsewhere. Im so upset, especially considering how I was treated/spoken to. DO NOT GET LASHES DONE AT THIS SALON.
I have posted a picture of some of the pad stuck to my lashes. Also my lashes vs what a full set looks like and what the advertise in the salon, Plus a photo of a lash stuck to multiple of mine awfully. Just so you can see I'm not exaggerating. I have never written a review in my life and all I wanted was a refund, however as I was poorly treated I feel the need to warn others before they go ruin their lashes.

Amazing treatments. Had the 'Ultimate Hero' today with Megan and it was insanely good. 2 hours of pure bliss including a hot stone massage and facial. Also have regular waxing here and its always good at reasonable prices. Highly recommended

Fantastic service! All the staff are so friendly and helpful! My manicures/pedicures last for weeks and are the best quality!
I have my HD brows done too and they always look great!

Having not been for ages, Amy was fantastic at waxing, threading and styling my brows using the HD method. She was really friendly and showed me exactly how to apply the eyebrow pencil at home. I am really happy with my more defined and tidy brows and will definitely go back to her in the future. A clean, safe and fab service all round! Thanks again xx

I'm a regular client here, absolutely lovely place. Always feel welcome and comfortable, I always get the HD brows, used to get the Lash Perfect lashes which are amazing, now I get the Russian lashes for a more dramatic look, and have had a couple of unlimited waxing package sessions. Always happy with my experiences here, the girls are all so friendly and make you feel like you're their only client. Thank you for making every visit wonderful, really means a lot to feel welcome. Got the total eye package. My eyebrows were tinted (I requested brown) and they went black as dye was left on for too long (looked awful with red hair!!!). Returned to salon and they were unable to sort them out but did give me half... Of my money back because my 'eyelashes were fine'. Left feeling so self conscious and they are still black now.. 2 weeks later.

Will not be returning ever.
