Wonderful stay in the Big Green shepherds hut!

Parking close by. All the things inside were very thoughtful and well done, little gas stove with kettle for morning coffee and selection of teas and coffees

Mattress very comfortable and warm inside, lots of cosy bedding

Shower very good, nice and warm and easy to use. Composting toilet, no problem

Close to the flight path from Gatwick, this was wonderful as sat and watched the planes go by, as well as the pigs in the field next door, peaceful at night. There was no one else around, which suited us fine!

Hut is next to a small pond, with outside seating and option to have a campfire, also bbq available

Inside log burner, did not use a warm night, but available if required

All in all, a fantastic stay in hut with fabulous attention to detail, will definitely book again, many thanks

I had a lovely stay at The Big Green Shepherd's Hut. The hut is clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a luxury glamping getaway, including a hot shower. The hosts are lovely with good communication skills, and the location is quaint, by a small lake and some animals, and close to some of Surrey's best local pubs. I look forward to my next visit.

A perfect place to stay to get away from it all. This is an amazing hand built shepherds hut set in a beautiful secluded location with woods and wildlife on the doorstep. Very clean, all creature comforts taken care whilst being off grid and eco friendly. I stayed in winter and this place is very cosy and warm with the log burner going. 20 mins scenic walk to the local village with lovely pubs and a tearoom. Ideal for a relaxing break or an add on before going on holiday from Gatwick. Great hosts, will definitely stay here again!

A truly unique off grid experience. This larger than normal Shepherds Hut is very authentic with a cosy full size raised bed. Wood burner Belfast sink and most unusual a indoor toilet and Hot shower.
Parked by Tranquil pond and extensive woods. Opening the door in the morning to the flock of inquisitive sheep adds to this authentic experience.

This is the perfect place to stay, the setting is beautiful, quiet and private. The Shepherds Hut is comfortable, cosy and with the log burner, very warm also really clean & beautifully presented.

This place is so cool all hand built and so cosy in a fantastic spot right next to the woods. We have stayed a few times now. We love the outdoor fire pit. Then the cosy log burner inside. The bed is the most comfy I have ever slept in. Amazing place
