Just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone. We had a wonderful weekend. The food was excellent and the service was 5 star!! Nothing was too much trouble and such a welcoming atmosphere. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back. Love The Crocker’s (room 4)

The bathroom floor was disgusting as was the shower plug. The manager was lovely and cleaned the floor. There was no plug by the bed to charge my phone. Cold selection at breakfast was very underwhelming, no pastries and it was instant coffee. £105 for 1 night on my own wasn’t value for money. I stay in hotels all over the country with work.
The staff was great, the evening meal was nice, the lasagne was over microwaved though but the apple pie and custard was the best I’ve ever had! I did get 20% off my food bill for the dirty floor.

Had our wedding reception here would like to give it 10 stars had many comments from guests on how lovely the venue was and how brilliant the staff were . The food was absolutely brilliant. We were made to feel really special. Sophie is totally fantastic so professional. We had an amazing time. Thank you

The room was good staff very helpful and pleasant. Food was good. Excellent location. Very pretty pub and hotel. Ample off street parking. Will definitely be back to stay if I am in the area again. The only thing that let the bar down was the choice of sugar free drinks

A very strange experience. We stayed for one night, and all seemed well on arrival. The room was acceptable, but the WiFi, despite showing an available network, was totally unusable. We had an event to attend, returning at 9.30 o'clock to find both the bar and the restaurant already closed, so had no choice but to return to our room. By this time, there was no suggestion of any available WiFi, nor could we receive any tv programmes. We came to the conclusion that both were turned off at closing time. The breakfast was acceptable, but not exciting.
