We stayed here for 5 days plus Freddy my dog. It was an excellent base for visiting Cambridge and the surrounding area. Excellent accommodation and perfect to sleep, relax and eat. We liked having a lounge in addition to the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. This accommodation was a lucky find!

Such a lovely little cottage, perfect for couples. Every home comfort had been provided by our wonderful hosts. The bed was really comfortable, as were the sofas, large TV with many digital channels. Bathroom has a walk in shower. Also a great kitchen where our hosts had stocked the fridge with a selection of local ingredients for us to cook up our breakfasts. Plus cereals and muffins also. Never had that before. What a lovely idea! You can park right outside, and there is a lovely little patio off the bedroom. Fenstanton is a great little village and not far from St Ives Park and Ride which we used to visit Cambridge. Brilliant place. Brilliant holiday!

Just returned from a 3-night stay in this lovely accommodation. The communication before and during from Milly was excellent. The property was warm and cosy.|The choice of breakfasts to prepare ourselves was great and plentiful. Our dogs enjoyed the break too.

This is a very relaxing place to stay. A bit of a cross between a B&B and an Airbnb. You get all the fixings for a breakfast and then you cook it yourself on your own schedule which has a lot of advantages both in time and choices. It is close to Cambridge, Ely, and the Fens. We stayed there at the end of our vacation and it was really nice to have such a relaxing place to just chill on our own schedule. I would recommend it.|

We loved our stay at this gorgeous cottage. It had everything we needed and really was a lovely home-from-home.||The cottage is spacious and full of character. The owner gave us a friendly, warm welcome when we arrived.||We couldn’t have asked for a tastier breakfast. The owner sends you a welcome email when you book and you get to choose your breakfast. The fresh produce is then there for you to prepare yourselves. We had delicious smoked salmon and scrambled eggs with English muffins. Tea, coffee, milk and orange juice all there for you too.||You can park your car right outside the cottage. It’s a 5 minute walk to the local pubs, The Duchess and King William. ||Comfy bed with high quality linen. The toiletries were a great little luxury!||We would love to stay again if we’re coming back to the area.

We stayed at the Blue Cow on our journey home to Scotland from Europe. Unfortunately we only had a one night stop at this amazing place. What a clever concept. We loved everything about the Blue Cow. It is private, spotlessly clean and provides everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Having been away quite a long time, we loved cooking our own breakfast when we wanted it. Everything about our stay was perfect, we enjoyed a good sleep and our little King Charles was made very welcome too. We would most definitely stay here again.

Perfect little holiday cottage for couples. We stayed 3 nights and loved the small rural town of Fenstanton which we used as a base for visits to Cambridge. Clean, comfortable and our lovely hosts left a well stocked fridge so we could make our breakfasts. Ideal! 🥰

My husband and I stayed here this weekend, the owner is lovely,once shown the cottage you are left to enjoy your break. The cottage is really well equipped & is home to home. Breakfast as diy is an excellent idea as we had breakfast at a time to suit us. Really looking forward to returning & would highly recommend the cottage.
