Homey, comfortable place to stay in Bath. The room was cozy, slightly on the smaller side. Location is a reasonable walk to everything in Bath. The royal crescent is especially close.

Excellent communication with the staff over WhatsApp. Check-in is via lockpad so you never interact with any staff face to face.

An outstanding stay
A beautiful house and nicely decorated. The location is great, and you can easily walk to the city centre.
It has been more than two years since I have moved to the UK, and I have stayed in different cities. I never had such an experience. I was so excited with my choice. I stayed in a single room, it had everything I needed (en-suite bathroom, kettle, nice selection of tea). I am a fussy coffee drinker and I never use the instant coffee provided by hotels. But this house provides drip coffee packages which is much better than instant coffee. And I used the coffee. Also, the taste of filtered water was perfect.
I also noticed that a plenty of cookies, fruits and instant noodles are available on the ground floor for guests.
The decoration is so beautiful, there were nice paintings on the wall in my room. Regarding the management, they called me back very quickly, as I had forgotten my room name.
I would definitely stay in this house, if I visit beautiful Bath again. Also, I just recommended it to my colleague.

We recently stayed at the Springtime Suite and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We really enjoyed having our own private space, with high quality facilities and great wifi.
The car parking was very convenient for the centre of Bath, as was the location to be able to walk around and see the sights.
Highly recommend.

The room was quiet and clean and had everything I needed (en-suite bathroom, kettle, tea+coffee).

I never met the owners or in fact any staff, all communication was by email. I accidentally damaged the lights in my room, but they were very nice about it.

I would stay here again and recommend the place to friends.

We stayed in the Springtime Suite. What a delightful stay! The room was beautifully decorated, light and comfortable. We had a private entrance and a lovey little garden space. The location is ideal, right by the Royal Crescent. We could not be happier with our choice of accommodation. We will definitely try and book again when next in Bath. Thank you for your hospitality Alex and Tina!

Everything you need plus niceties like fresh flowers, real plants, a fan, very good towels and linens and some fresh fruit, coffee pods and breakfast cereal. We stayed in the Springtime studio. We really loved the ease of finding it, getting in, communications with hosts (although we didn’t meet them in person), and the location. Seriously - stay here if you want a bit more space, quiet, comfortable and fast WiFi. We would absolutely return.

We visited Bath last week to see our close friend. We had a great stay at the Bluebell, a newly opened boutique hotel. The family room is tastefully decorated and the bed is super comfy. Location is fantastic, only 5 mins from the city centre. It is a shame that the breakfast room was closed for decoration, but we were offered lots of complimentary snacks and fruit, tea and coffee. We are looking forward to our next stay there again!

The rooms are very nice and very clean but the issue is there is not one human being there. No one to greet you. There is no common area except a breakfast room with a large table which is locked up 90 percent of the time. You need a code to get in which is fine but so impersonal. If you would like to have a Diet Coke with ice or something, there is nothing, not even a common refrigerator with a note and pen for guests to write down their consumption. It felt so lonely. I understand one does not remain in her or his room all day but the lack of human kindness and contact makes me never want to stay there again.
