Wonderful place for lunch with a good selection of things to pick from along with tempting array of cakes.
Given it was a decent day we chose to sit outside with relaxing views across the marina.
You order at the counter then the food/drink is brought to you,the staff were really efficient/friendly and really nice working well together providing a really good experience.
Will be returning soon .

Always a very popular place in beautiful setting of the Marina and because of its popularity you can expect long queues at weekends and bank holidays,but they provide such good food with excellent service its well worth the wait

Stumbled upon this little gem! Food was lovely, reasonable price for portion size and such a cute little place. When the sun is out I definitely want to come back and eat outside overlooking the marina. Lovely people too!

Lovely cafe to pop by before or after a walk.
We had two toasties served within 10-15 minutes even though the place was packed.
The personnel always happy to help and polite.

Prices reasonable, for two big toasties served with crisps, one cherry Bakewell slice and two cappuccinos £12 isn't too bad.

Definitely choose to sit in a table next to the window as the views are quite nice.
Looking forward to visit again in better weather within summer for a coffee ❤️

What a lovely dog-friendly restaurant! Staff came out with a treat for Dave right away!
Breakfast was delicious. Bacon and sausage roll with hashbrowns, or the full Barge breakfast with everything; it was all yummy. Our friend ordered poached eggs on toast, and a lovely young lady came out and apologised; she felt she left them in too long and was making him more.
Best service ever! Instead of feeding hard poached, she cooked more.
Perfect location next to the canal and pretty barge boats.
Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed!

Just visited and very disappointed. I used to moor my boat at the marina a few years ago and the cafe was really nice then. Today had coffee and a coffee cake which was dry and tasteless. Tried a tiny piece and didn’t want to eat the rest. Asked to swap for something else as it was not good. Told no you’ll have to buy an alternative they wouldn’t replace it. No apology and no interest. Had their money and clearly didn’t care. Won’t be visiting again.
