I'm just going to get one negative out of the way first - Location wise, its a bit of a pain to get here or to get away from here. Parking is incredibly limited and transport nearby sort of takes away a bit if you're wanting to be a bit incognito about visiting.

Inside though, the place is decent bar some issues here and there. The hot-tub is probably one of the big highlights as its quite large, has molded seating and is great to relax in. The recently re-opened sauna room bit is fun with a sneaky little corner area and the steam-room is decent but I wish there was a little more seating, some of it seems to have been sacrificed for a sneaky hidden bit.

The darkroom setup is ok but a little corridor heavy and feels like its missing something special. Having only one set of showers, situated right in a back corner of here, is a bit awkward too, especially for those who want to stick more to the steam-room bits.

Overall it is a fun little place to visit but I just wish there was more showers.

We visited Boiler Room one evening. We found the sauna to be very clean, exciting and had a nice atmosphere. There was one member of staff on and he couldn't have been more helpful.

Nice place but they keep changing it around the rooms are a lot smaller and not that good. Use to be better 5 years ago and cheaper

First time visit, really friendly and helpful staff, nice food, free coffee (great bonus for me) and good drinks options. Steam room, sauna, jacuzzi all working fine.

There's a garden for smoking with provided bath robes to keep warm in colder weather. Good complex upstairs with roomsof various styles, some wiht TV for group viewing, provate rooms, sling room and other facilities. Gooid mix of chilled out people there, nice atmposphere and easy to find.

Monday evening and my birthday so hubby and I decided to go and have a play for a treat. We’ve been three times and each time it been worse to be fair. Tonight the hot tub was out of order so couldn’t be used, apparently they have a steam room which I’ve not seen working at all. The only room working was the hot sauna which is literally the only warm part of the building. There no heating on and the floors were disgusting like I needed to wipe my feet on the way out. Regardless to how many or how few people are in there it’s not difficult to make it a warm and welcoming place to visit.

I certainly won’t visit again unless it’s improved by a far! Cost £10 for literally a ten minute stay. No comments as we left either as to why we were going or anything. Such a let down.

Party night on Fridays now starts at 9 so if you arrive before 9pm U need to pay an additional £5 to get in. Arrive at 9 it's £15 ...arrive before it's £20. Basically if your an Early bird and arrive early for party night it will cost you £5 extra ( Feb 2024)

I went to the boiler room on a Wednesday afternoon , I'd just had a job interview so a need to relax was on the cards for me , it was naked day so I was a little bit shy at first , not many blokes in which was okay for me , I enjoyed a nice relax in the jacuzzi , it is quite dark upstairs but that adds to the atmosphere . I went up to the cinema room quite a few lads in their enjoying themselves. Then I had my first encounter with a lovely lad and then a couple of guys at the same time . All in all a very enjoyable day

It wasn't bad at all, for my first time ever at a gay sauna. The place was clean and the people were friendly! I felt very looked out for! The free tea and coffee was lovely too, and a nice thing to have in between activities. Only a couple things that could improve:

- The selection of sandwiches wasn't great, and I don't know if it'd be worth it but an expansion of the food options would be nice. Also, the salad had a bit too much salt and could've maybe used a citrus or vinegar-based dressing instead?
- The stairs to the upstairs area are very slippy, especially given that the showers are up there but the jacuzzi is downstairs. Some kind of rubber grip on the steps would go a long way to preventing accidents, perhaps especially important given the age of some of the attendees.

Despite those points, I had a lovely time and I think I will go back.
