I contacted Libby for some advice on a therapist and she gave me some great informed choices. I’ve been seeing Jo - she has really helped me the past year and I feel so much better.

To be in the presence of Libby is to know you’re in safe hands. Whether you’re in acute pain or want to shift some building tension Libby has got you. After a chat at the beginning of each session Libby is able to create a session around you and specifically for you so that you reap the full benefits of her healing. A regular monthly session here is an act of self care for the mind body and soul. She’s incredible.

I've now had several appointments with Libby, and she's been absolutely brilliant! I was really suffering from regular, painful headaches which I'd explored via MRI etc with no joy. Libby has been doing a combination of acupuncture and McTimoney chiropractic treatments and I've now been headache-free for the first time in such a long time. I couldn't be happier with the results and look forward to coming back for regular maintenance appointments.

I would highly recommend this practice! I went to Libby for back pain due to intense muscle spasm and she was SO kind, knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to give me some immediate relief through deep tissue massage and then point me towards the right course of treatment going ahead. I felt very listened to and cared for even though I was in so much pain. The rooms were clean and comfortable, it was such a positive experience all round.

I was recommended to libby by my niece. I have arthritis in my knee and a bad shoulder. Libby has helped a lot and I would definitely recommend her. I will go once a month to keep my pain under control.
I have also been to have a sports massage with Ranjit who is lovely and friendly and definitely helps keep my knots in my shoulders at bay

Lovely place, and Libby is fantastic! I always feel reset and relaxed when being treated, always treats each visit differently, flexible and works to my preferences and how I'm feeling. Had issues with my neck since my teens, and have to manage it, but I always feel a release when here. Friendly, professional, and very welcoming. So glad to have found somewhere local I can stick with, highly recommended.

Excellent service from Libby. I have scapular problems and as I have to work at a desk Mondays to Fridays, I can get upper back pain and headaches sometimes. Every time I see Libby, the pain goes instantly. She's very lovely and very professional.

Ranjit has a natural skill to the reiki session I have had with her. She not only did the most amazing massage, unknotting my neck and shoulders but also taken me to a totally new level of relaxation! After the reiki session with Ranjit, I felt amazing. She is gifted and very receptive to the needs of the individual and I would highly recommend a regular session with her, a "must' for keeping your wellness at top level!
