We booked last year for my brothers 60th birthday and having been really pleased with our stay, booked a room at The Brickhouse as a base to meet up with groups of old friends and relatives. The B&B is fantastically sited for Tunbridge Wells and the parking on site is a real bonus. Our en suite room was large, clean and with everything that you would need. Whilst there are loads of knick knacks and ornaments around the rooms which may not be to everyone’s taste, we thought they were charming and quirky. Breakfast is great and the pre order sheet is a good idea. We amended the form for each day to reflect when we were eating out. The hosts were welcoming and their dog, Chloe was a real sweetie.

We spent just one night at this bed and breakfast but would have loved to stay longer. We had room 1 which is large & very welcoming. Comfortable bed, plenty of different drinks to choose from. There are two seats & a coffee table in the large bay window. Large bathroom with very nice toiletries. We ordered our breakfast after choosing from the extensive menu before going out for the evening. Next morning we thoroughly enjoyed the cooked breakfast, Clive’s a good cook.|Lots of fun plaques and signs to read on the walls in the hallway and stairs.|If you love animals then you’ll love staying here, we got to meet the two Jack Russells & one of the cats, all friendly.|Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending as it is in the best position for visiting The Pantiles, shops and theatres

I stayed 2 nights at this B&B as a short getaway from the pressures of work and life with a young family. I had a very relaxing stay - this B&B was just what I was looking for. Really warm, cosy, traditional and homely accommodation. Location is central but I hardly heard any noise from the road. I travelled by train and the B&B was an easy 10 minute walk from the station. Really good shops and restaurants in the town. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts prepared by Clive - he was a friendly, helpful and caring host who makes you feel valued as a guest. Thank you for an excellent trip, I hope to return one day!

My husband and I had a very pleasant stay at The Brickhouse B&B. It's spotlessly clean and within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and attractions in Royal Tunbridge Wells. Despite the convenient location, there was no traffic noise and we slept very well on the king size, foam mattress. Our elegant yet cosy room had ample closet space, central heating/radiators, heated towel rack, electric kettle/tea cups, hot water bottles, hairdryer, flat screen tv, and an assortment of books. || I also want to mention that, due to allergies to synthetic perfumes/fragrances, we asked ahead of our visit that, if possible, the sheets be washed in a no-fragrance detergent, such as Ecover, and the proprietors graciously agreed, which was much appreciated.||Due to a business meeting, I had to skip breakfast, however my husband assured me it was delicious and satisfying. ||If we visit Royal Tunbridge again, we will definitely hope to stay at The Brickhouse B&B

We stayed at the Brick House B&B for one night this weekend. We were warmly welcomed by Clive the owner who was friendly without being intrusive. Clive showed us where to park at the back of the B&B which was free and very convenient.||He also gave us a map of Tunbridge Wells and was very helpful and informative.||We were shown to our room which was a very large double en suite. The room was beautifully decorated with lots of character. It was well equipped and spotlessly clean.||The bathroom was huge with a bath and overhead shower. There were also toiletries provided.||We were asked to fill in a pre order breakfast form which was no problem for us.||We left to explore the town, The Brick House couldn't be in a better location and everything was easily walkable.||We had a fantastic nights sleep and came down to a wonderful breakfast all freshly cooked by Clive. I can see why they've won their breakfast awards, it was delicious and plentiful and made with high quality products. ||We really enjoyed our little break and we would love to return and would certainly recommend The Brick House.||Many thanks for a super stay||Jane and Paul

Thank you Julia and Clive for welcoming us into your home and especially being so tolerant of two very weary travellers arriving at 08h00 wishing to leave their luggage until we could access our bedroom at 14h00.||Accommodation is pleasant and spacious. The bedroom equipped with all necessities eg. hairdryer, kettle, coffee/tea and wi fi. The water pressure in the shower was somewhat lacking.||Breakfast is served downstairs and was substantial, cooked to order and thoroughly enjoyable.||The Brickhouse is centrally located and you can walk to all attractions and shopping in Tunbridge Wells including the train station.|| We loved our home from home experience with you and look forward to another visit.

We loved this place: it was everything we could have asked for. The house was quirky, very and scrupulously clean. It is a short walk downhill to the town’s pedestrian mall, with a good choice of cafes and restaurants. Clive and Julia were lovely hosts, very helpful and attentive. The breakfasts were superb! And there was available a huge range of books to read.||We strongly recommend this B&B hotel to any visitor to Tunbridge Wells.

The Brick House is well placed for the Pantiles and other attractions in Tunbridge Wells. Julia and Clive are very welcoming, keen to help with local advice. Good rooms and excellent breakfasts. Liked the cats and dogs and the many amusing signs and postcards on the walls.
