We stayed here for convenience to Hockwall hall for a wedding. The location of the hotel is beautiful set just on the banks of the little Ouse, just beside a bridge ( the clue is in the name I guess) . Lovely as weather permitting and for us it permitted. |The room was spacious, tastefully decorated clean with great room facilities. |The bed was very comfortable and the room had freesat tv. |Breakfast was lovely, fresh served diced fruit with natural yogurt, fresh orange or apple juice. Toast served and then a choice of full English breakfast or whatever combination you want with tea and coffee. |Staff very friendly and helpful.

What a great find. This hotel was immaculately clean with all the accessories you need for an overnight (or longer) stay. ||We received a warm and helpful welcome from Silvi when we arrived even though it was close to her going home time. The room was well-equipped with a wardrobe, drawers and cupboards. Bed linen, towels etc were spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Silvi directed us to the next-door Ram Inn for dinner which presented us with an enormous portion of freshly cooked fish and chips. After this we had a good night's sleep; the room overlooked the main road but this was quiet all night.||The next morning we went for breakfast in their tea room. This was, again, immaculately clean and well-presented with an array of breakfast cereals, fresh fruits, fruit juices, and yogurt. We could have had a cooked breakfast but declined after the previous evening's meal but I am confident, on talking with the chef, that it would have been delicious too.||In the summer the location would have been ideal with the Little Ouse passing through their extensive garden which had outside seating and sun sail coverings.

My daughter and I stayed here a week and enjoyed having the Bridge Hotel in Brandon as our home base. For us, it was magical as it was our first time in England to visit a family member close by. We enjoyed trying the different foods, restaurants, and pubs everywhere we traveled by train. The staff here at the hotel were all lovely, helpful, and professional. Thank you! Deborah and April

Nice and clean, comfortable. staff excellent. Would think a nice place to stay in the summer its on the River Ouse so lots to do. Good breakfast and tea room. off street parking. Near town centre less than five min walk. One draw back farm lorry's pass the building early in the morning, its a narrow road

On arrival there was no one at the front desk I had to stand and wait whilst the lady got other guests a bottle of wine , then to be given a room key and told I had to walk up the road over the bridge to another part of the hotel if you would call it that , I also had the option to drive up and park in what looked like someone's back garden , then to be greeted by someone who I still don't know who they were out of the house that the garden belonged to and told where to go , I then had to proceed to walk thru the soaking wet muddy grass to get to another building , I found my room which was clean and tidy but what I did not expect was to have ZERO sleep the whole night there may as well be no windows in this place they are that paper thin and outdated that you would hear even a bycycle pass by. This is the worst experience of my life staying in a hotel and I use them 4 nights a week.|The noise from the cars and lorrys is unbearable there is no stop to them it is all night long constant traffic it got that bad I considered going sleeping in my van as there would have been less noise . Very disappointed in my stay here and I have to say I will never be back .

We have just had an Excellent stay in family room at this hotel and with a river view. Cannot fault it . Breakfast was perfect and staff friendly and professional . Can hire boats from the hotel . We will return again soon instead of looks mg for other accomodation on the area. We have tried all in this area now.

Would definitely go back!|We came for a wedding and only stayed for one night. Matt was ever so helpful in posting my trousers after I had left them there, without paying for it myself.?|Very good value for money! Bed was ever so comfortable and the bathroom style and the showers was lovely. The breakfast was included in the price & it was a very filling full English.

Our Brandon Feel Good Suffolk walking group stopped by for coffee and cake this morning. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside in the beautiful sunshine, watching brave paddleboarders as they prepared to enter the Little Ouse river behind the hotel. The cafe service was great and we will definitely be returning. We look forward to seeing the covered dining area, complete with concrete table and fire pit, where we can stop by for warming drinks during the colder months.
