This is a must visit place when you are in the Cotswold! The building both outside and inside is stunning. The atmosphere is amazing, there is also a background music which takes you to a different timeline. The afternoon tea was perfect. All the good was fresh, also the tea was great. There are two floors. We were at the second as we made a reservation in advance. All the paintings, pictures on the walls as well as the miniature figures give more for the atmosphere.
There is a paid parking just outside as a bus stop as well. Don't miss out to wander in the town also!

It has been my bucket list and I finally got chance to visit.

The staff are friendly and lovely. They were even thinking if I could enjoy the view.
I ordered cream tea, which is always my classic order, and it was really good.

The fluffy scones with the perfect cream and jam, I did really love the jam which I could taste the different levels.

The atmosphere is a hit for sure, the Victorian style decoration and building. Having the afternoon and just enjoying the time seating here are the best day ever!

I assumed we would be paying for an experience and the food would be mediocre. I could not have been more wrong!!!Everything was delicious!! The Empire Cream Tea was exceptional! Perfect scone, a bit of crunch on the outside and moist and delicious on the inside. The meringue topped with raspberry whipped cream was delightful. Vegetable and goat cheese soup was very good as was the cranberry, Brie and bacon panini. My husband said the quiche was good, but not great. Do be sure to make reservations, particularly on the weekends.

The tea rooms are in a characterful old building that looks like it is leaning from certain angles. We had one savory tea and one cream tea and shared both to give us a first course and a dessert. Both were really nice. You can choose from a list of loose leaf teas. We were sat upstairs on a small table and wondered how our food and drink would fit but it all worked out OK. Most of the staff wore period dress. If you are in Bradford-on-Avon you should visit The Bridge Tea Rooms.

This place is great. Reminds that the coffee shop incursion was preceded by something that is in many ways better. The decor and dress of the staff is a trip back to Victoria England. The tea is obviously high quality, and a large pot, with an extra hot water, is something designed to take time to slowly consume. Sandwiches and cakes are all good too of course. Bring back the tea shops! We're English, it's what we do

Great place if you want to try something else. The place itself it's nicely and cosy decorated, extremely old building, if I'm not mistaken it was built in 1502, the walls the ceiling are very uneven, which made the place so authentic. Great variety of foods and teas. I had the Eggs Royale with a side of goat's cheese and cherry tomatoes, and a bora bora tea, and let me say it's been one of the best breakfasts I've ever had, and I'm a fussy eater. We absolutely recommend it

Amazing experience! Unique atmosphere, taking you to a different era. Coffee, tea, and food served in porcelain. Great variety, and good quality of food! I would be more than happy to visit again.

A very English Tea Rooms, l must admit a bit expensive for the locals but the tourist's love it! It's a bit like me eating in a Japanese restaurant l expect. A very enjoyable experience. It's dog friendly, l would advise booking as it's not that big. The service is efficient but not that friendly and helpful for people who do not have a clue what a Scone is or even what all the different Tea ? selections are!
No parking use a public car park
