Fairly regular visitor. Great clean place with friendly staff. Good improvements in recent years including new jacuzzi and cinema room now better for fun. Condoms and lube easily available. Always had a good time particularly on naked day and met some nice guys.

Have been here before with generally no problems, but the weekend of Brighton Pride, the staff were ridiculously rude. Abrupt security, staff banging on cubicle doors to make sure no-one had fallen asleep, being rushed when going out to the smoking area for a cigarette and people in general being treated like cattle. Whoever was on that night should be sacked!

This is a good place for decent proper massage. James is expert and really thorough. I had two hours. Time zoomed by. Supports my running. Reception staff Tony Elliott Sam welcoming and helpful.

We had a pleasant afternoon/evening here. It was quiet, but we still had a good time. Sam was incredibly attentive and took the time to chat to us to make us feel welcome. The place was spotless and the facilities were great. Loving the new jacuzzi. We haven’t been here since Covid and since then a lot has changed - all positive. We will be visiting again very soon! Would recommend for anyone wanting a relaxed and fun time.

Regular visitor here but hadn’t been to Brighton Sauna for some years … staff really helpful & polite esp chap in reception,esp as a few changes since last here … jacuzzi is new l think & enjoyed going in there as powerful & warm.l had forgotten how spacious both the sauna & steam room are … better than anything l’ve found in London for sure.Liked the cinema area too.
I do remember the chilled lounge area & glad to find that was as l remember it.
Great facilities & staff, only wish l was local to be a regular visitor.
