Thanks for a wonderful stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is ideal and garden beautiful. Our room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. We had had a busy day of travel behind us, but I had the best sleep in ages! We will definitely back. Good to see a historic building like this in use and being cared for.

I visited for lunch and the whole experience was excellent. Friendly and courteous staff, freshly cooked food and the garden room has a nice ambience. Our waiter was professional, friendly and really helpful. Food was delivered in sync and everything was hot and tasty. We were attended to when necessary and left alone to enjoy our day. The hotel is clean and tidy throughout.

Today we held a corporate afternoon tea for approximately 25 guests at The Bromley Court hotel. The service that we received from our hosts Andreas and Elena was exceptional, they both went above and beyond in their service delivery, ensuring that all of our guests needs were met. All of the dietary requirements were accommodated for.|The feedback we received from our attendees was that they had a wonderful time, the afternoon tea was served in a timely manner with a great variety of savoury and sweet options. Thank you team for all of your hard work, your efforts did not go unnoticed and were very much appreciated! You were both simply amazing !!!!!

The check in was smooth and I had a clean room of good size and plenty of tea, coffee and hot chocolate! |The garden restaurant had really nice food with excellent service from Andreas who was very helpful ! |I had the soup, chicken dinner and Eton mess which were all delicious

Our first stay at Bromley Court Hotel and we will definitely return. We had an accessible room which was spacious and very comfortable; with everything you could expect. The bathroom facilities were one of the best we have experienced; useful hand rails, shower seating and support rails and excellent non slip floor. Thank you. We enjoyed the freedom of the buffet breakfast and the breakfast food items were cooked well and of a high standard. All the staff that we met , from reception to the restaurant, were friendly and welcoming. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We held a special birthday party in the Garden Suite for approximately 100 people. The events team were very approachable and helpful but most praise needs to go to the team on the night. Ably lead by Sean, his team were both helpful and efficient.

Had a wonderful stay! Comfy and clean rooms and very good restaurant. Andreas, manager of the restaurant, is an excellent guy. He recommended us great dinner options! I apparently need to write 200 characters so this last line is irrelevant

Reception staff were great, the hotel is a maze of stairs and corridors, not great from the accessibility perspective.

When I stayed there was a large family group including unruly children. Not the hotel's fault, but I think they could have at least spoken to the parents about their children screaming and running around the bar area.

Dinner was disappointing. I had a pork schnitzel and it was overcooked and dry. Breakfast was worse. I was directed to sit somewhere I didn't want to sit despite there being plenty of space on the better tables, which was subsequently occupied by other guests. When I asked why I had been required to sit at a particular table whilst other guests weren't I was answered with a disinterested shrug. Worse was to come when I ordered a dish from the extras menu: poached eggs and avocado with chilli flakes on toast. What arrived was two cold poached eggs sitting on a very small amount of avocado atop a thick piece of untoasted, cold and very dry bread. It was like trying to eat a piece of wood.

I have been to this hotel before and the previous time I had the same dish for breakfast cooked with care by chef Cindy, which is why I ordered it. Unfortunately Cindy was off work and whoever cooked my breakfast this time obviously takes no pride or care whatsoever in what they do. I had the cost of this deducted from my bill.

If I stay again I will check who's cooking before ordering anything. It shouldn't have to be like this.
