Just stayed at The Bull & The Hide...||Check in was smooth and offered to check in online but a small error meant we couldn't do this, but still checked in quickly and smoothly.|Shown our room and everything explained to us in detail. Very clean.|Great location and a very comfortable room.|Bed was comfortable and a good shower, thought we were going to have noise from the pub as noisy with people drinking in the pub, but not rowdy, then everything went quiet later in the night, I think they stopped serving at 10 pm, no one around when we came back, just the odd few people.||Slept very well, we had tea, coffee, chocolate, water (still and sparkling) biscuits ad crisp with bottles of coke, a very nice touch for midnight munchies!||We had to go round the corner for breakfast, not a problem as food very good, just a shame the pub didn't do food.||A small fridge would be nice in the room as we bought milk for our coffees/tea (hubby likes a lot of coffee etc) small sachets supplied but not enough for us, sadly the milk went off the first night so we had to buy more.||We had a bubbles flight as part of out package, this was very good, service explained well, plus the prosecco went down very well!||Liverpool Station right across the road, so travelling on the Elizabeth line was so good and easy.||This is our new go to home when in London and a thank you to all the friendly and lovely staff 🙂

Most comfortable bed ever, which is just as well, because there are quite a few staircases to climb. You'll need ropes, Sherpas and a halftime snack to get up to the top floor. Bar is packed after work, so you need to wait awhile for a room key.

I booked a last-minute stay at The Bull & The Hide without knowing what to expect from an inn in the heart of London. I even braced myself for the worst, but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the inn itself had a charming blend of old and modern design elements, like framed stories about the rooms' names and vintage poetry books. Despite its central location, it was unexpectedly quiet, and the room was both comfortable and efficiently designed—I made great use of the shared kitchen. I highly recommend The Bull & The Hide.

I loved my stay here! The amenities were lovely, the bedding was so comfy, and the location was perfect. It’s a quick walk to Liverpool station & lots of great shops, restaurants, and bars. Yes, it’s above a pub so it’s a bit noisy when the pub is busy, but I quite liked that. It just added to the ambience and London experience for me. I would definitely stay here again.

Great pub in an excellent location. Close to restaurants and other bars, just across from Liverpool St station so get anywhere quickly. Walking to Tower Bridge and other sites like the Sky Garden. The guys carried our bags up the narrow steep staircase which was awesome. Room was a well appointed suite with separate sitting room, bath and balcony.

Wonderful hotel. Most of the bad reviews reference difficulty checking in after-hours, just be sure to let them know.

We loved it so much we extended our three day stay to a full week.

Beware the stairs: higher rooms will have lots of stairs to get to them, but it did help two out-of-shape people prepare for lots of walking and sightseeing. It was quite nice to not have the elevator noise typical of a lot of hotels.

Lovely room with complimentary crisps, biscuits, tea and coffee. Very clean, tidied each day.|Downside is we were top floor. 3 flights of very steep stairs, tough with luggage. Lady promised it was worth the climb as the view was spectacular. It wasn't, we overlooked a noodle bar,the view was there if you strained to look out the very corner of the window. Decent price for London, only thing would put me off are the stairs. |2 minutes walk to Liverpool Street station and 10 minutes walk to Spitalfields,so ideal for the east end

Stayed in one of their rooms for a week-long work trip. Fantastic location - perfect, central with Liverpool St Station across the road for super easy access to Heathrow. Good sized room with modern fit out and a good work desk. Communal pantry (at no extra cost) was a godsend with jetlag. In-room wifi was poor though and I didn't see anyone checking in or out which is fine but it's not quite a hotel for better and worse. Will definitely stay here again.
