Highly, highly recommend The Burrator Inn for dinner! The food was all delicious, clean plates all round. The crab ravioli stole the show. The beer garden area is lovely and has these cute little covered seating areas with heat lamps in them if youโ€™re worried about getting chilly. Wheelchair accessibility was good but I only went outside. Looks like there is a flat access round the side of the building. Loads of parking. Really friendly staff. 10/10.

Had a lovely and well deserved afternoon meal after walking around the nearby Burrator Reservoir. We had the Steak Sandwich which was flavourful and cooked very well. The Garlic Mushroom Sandwich wasnโ€™t the prettiest but tasted great. It was nice to see there was an option for our dogs too!!

I decided to go for a nice walk around Burrator with my 8 months old little one.
And as a treat (because we don't go out very often) we stopped at The Burrator Inn on the way back. I was reluctant to go in as we previously had a bad experience there. But I thought I'll give it a go again!
Short story long, the venue isn't pushchair friendly and the lady at the bar made a comment on that which made me feel unwelcome.
The staff isn't friendly and I felt like I was in their way (the place wasn't busy at the time).
On a positive note, the venue looks great, it's a shame that they have a lack of good customer service.
Hospitality simply starts with being friendly and welcoming.

We only had meals there after a walk on the moors. A group of 9 with children. The meals and the atmosphere were fine. The staff are good. We were not hassled to leave our table after the meal. From our point of view it was an enjoyable occasion.

Very disappointing Christmas lunch on Christmas day. The food must have been precooked and reheated on the vegetarian option. My guest felt the fish option may have been from frozen. We were really looking forward to the meal but were very underwhelmed and felt it did not reflect the price. Won't be back.
