Popped in for lunch after massive walk, and we all ordered the crispy chicken burgers. Very tasty, best fries we’ve had in a long while too. Very friendly and accommodating. Pub itself nice and clean and welcoming. Dog friendly too. Treat yourself!

Once I got in the room was great, but on a Monday night the bar and restaurant closed. Everything dark when you arrive and car park has quite a lot of dog mess.||||You have to get key from a lock box, when cold and dark this is not easy.||||I would stay again but only if there were people thereto welcome and food available.||||Country roads very narrow and dark ||||Tiverton Italian for dinner was well worth a trip

The best meal I had today. The service was friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was lovely. If I were to recommend a place to have a Sunday roast, this would be the place. Both the meat and vegetarian options were fantastic and we'd definitely go again.

Great food and warm on a cold wet day and great service. Easy to get to and loads of parking spaces. Really nice place to eat and also you can stay there over night if you want too. Lovely atmosphere and the staff are really friendly. Give it a try!

Delicious Sunday lunch. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Plenty of fresh vegetables, with great sized meat, on this occasion roast beef...just how I like it pink! But don't fret if you prefer well done, as you can have it too! Staff are lovely & attentive. Good price too.

Just had dinner in this gem of a find pub. Breaks the F&B myth of location, location, location. Well off the beaten track but absolutely full in both the restaurant and bar area.|Had dinner and I can see why they are full, food was amazing. Wife had the Sea Bream and I had the Aubergine dish. Both were so full of fresh flavours and presentation was great. Service was probably the most friendly I've had in ages. After 30 yrs in F&B in Hong Kong tonight was a real treat. Will be back.
