We stayed here for a Friday night visit to the races. For one night we paid £300 so was hoping for something special. Friday morning I received a text from Paul asking me for my expected time of arrival. We arrived at 2pm to be greeted by Paul who showed us how to enter the property and bedroom by door codes, no key or key cards.|The property is more like an air bnb with the house being made into individual rooms. |The rooms were, clean, comfy and shower nice and hot. We were awoken by other guests returning around 2am but this was just doors opening and shutting, but this could be an issue imo. The kitchen had complimentary tea, coffee and juices. There were cereal packets and cakes. The kitchen area was very clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but definitely overpriced. Location is fantastic.

I recently stayed for 2 nights here. This review is based on what we were lead to believe was there. Very disappointed that despite the amazing reviews and photos that there was no full English breakfast. The previous owners are no longer there so don't be fooled by the reviews. These are based on Anna and Jakob. It wasn't a traditional BnB it was more like an air BnB that you shared with others. In the lounge there are automatic lights that constantly go off but with a swing of your arms they come back on again.|There is CCTV camera directly at you in the lounge so you feel like big brother is watching you. |The 'breakfast' is some bread for toast and marg which everyone has previously dipped into with traces of jam in. You would think for £700 for 2 nights that you would have been given individual butter pats but I guess that's not cost effective. There were also individual boxes of cereals which you help yourself too alongside tea and coffee. My bed was comfortable and the shower is hot. Sadly there were other people there too who gave no thought to other occupants in the house and we're slamming doors at 3 & 7 in the morning.

This is the BEST b&b i have ever had the pleasure of staying in. I stayed here for three weeks whilst on a course for work. The rooms are clean and comfortable, each with ensuite. They were modern and offered ample room and storage options for your belongings. The host, Anna, is friendly and goes out of her way to ensure your stay is the best it can be. Guests have use of the kitchen, dining room and garden. There is a complimentary beer fridge which is exactly what you need at the end of a long day.
Breakfast each morning is cooked by Anna to perfection, no complaints from me. I was sad to have to leave. Thank you!

This is a fantastic B & B. It's in a great location - walking distance from everything from the racecourse and gallops to the high street and some great Newmarket restaurants. Anna is a fabulous host warm and welcoming as well as very knowledgeable about the area. The B&B is spotless and more like a home from home than a traditional B& B. A tasty home cooked breakfast, complimentary drinks and access to fridge and kitchen facilities, what more could you need? We would highly recommend a stay here and we will definitely be back. Fab stay at the Cambridgeshire B&B. Rooms are very clean and accommodating. Anna is a great host and the breakfast options available are amazing! Full English is the best! Only a 5 minute walk into Newmarket and very convenient for the race courses!

Lovely property. |Greeted by owner who was friendky and very helpful.|Room beautifully decorated. Bed very comfy.|Nice towells and toiletries. |Complimentary drinks in fridge downstairs.lovely seating area|The only downside was the noise. With this being a house where rooms in close proximity . Having some inconsiderate people staying this didnt help. Other guests shouting at 5 30 am is not fault of owner but they should be told its not on hence my rating.|Breakfast was our of this world with tasty local produce.|Venue is 5 minutes away from pubs and restaurants. Worth a visit .

Night away in Newmarket and what a find. Five minutes from Town Centre. Beautiful clean rooms and facilities and Anna a fantastic host. Breakfast superb and even a fridge in the lounge with complimentary beers and soft drinks. Well worth a visit. Well done Anna

Very clean, comfortable beds, perfectly situated to visit Newmarket (which is literally a very short walk away), topped off with a beautiful breakfast with plenty of choice. Anna, who is such a lovely host was very obliging and made us feel very welcome.
