The staff and rooms are great. A friendly welcome and a comfy bed. An amazing breakfast in the morning that was made with quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. I cannot fault the staff or anything about the place. A very friendly experience and both my son and I feel very well looked after and refreshed. I an definitely looking forward to my next stay here again. All around great stay, very highly recommended.

This was ideal for me arriving g by ferry. It's just a 20 minute walk from the ferry arrival. The room was clean, modern and super comfortable. I really enjoyed my brief stay.

Best b&b I’ve stayed at. Friendly welcome and very helpful advice and help with parking. My room (10) was immaculately clean and well presented. The staff a breakfast (included) very cheerful and friendly. Breakfast itself was great with lots of choice. Highly recommend.

Clean, quiet, well appointed B&B. Just off the seafront. Excellent value. Friendly helpful owner. Parked outside with £5 overnight parking voucher purchased from owner but car park nearby if preferred. Very nice cooked breakfast. Will definitely use again when visiting the area.

Booked a solo one night stay and checked in around 9pm. The lovely host left the keys in a safe place for me. The room was very cosy and big. I had my own en suite that was modern and had everything I needed. The bed was comfy and also had a cosy sofa! Breakfast had lots on offer and very delicious.

We have stayed at the Caraneal many times over the years.|Our recent trip was no different, Veronica, Max & Diane welcomed us as friends & not just clients.|Our rooms were spotless, breakfast excellent, service unbeatable.|Veronica, Max & Diane went above and beyond to accommodate myself & my brothers (one of which has a terminal illness)|No fuss, no bother just good old quality service, friendliness & compassion.|We wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting our home town 🙂

Fantastic stay at The Caraneal B&B. ||Absolutely brilliant spacious rooms, very good for families, couples, friends and solo travelling. ||Immaculate rooms and bathroom. Lovely warm shower.||Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked to order.||4mins walk to watwefront and a lovely 20 mins amble to the famous Plymouth Harbourside and Barbican waterfront with stunning views of sea, eateries and shops. ||Veronica and Max wonderful hosts, very friendly and so helpful. |||Fantastic value for money. Had to go to Plymouth for an overnight stay and stayed here. The rooms were lovely and clean and the beds were very comfortable! The owner was a lovely lady who was extremely helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was very nice and We felt very welcome we would most definitely stay again.
