The Charm is an inn one half block to the sea. It is close to the Royal Pier and the aquarium. The room was very nice - nice size, well lit (not common in Europe from my experience). The bathroom was very nice with a nice shower. The AC was efficient and quiet. I also liked the bed and linens. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They offer breakfast each morning (extra charge). It is a very good breakfast with a wide assortment of options. The only downside is that the neighborhood surrounding the hotel is a bit sketchy. We spent most of our time in Hove at the other end of the Brighton area where there are nice shops and restaurants.

This place is an absolute gem and a place everyone needs to experience. Amazing location and super clean. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was a 10/10. I had the most amazing nights sleep in the super comfy bed. I will definitely return. Thank you to all the staff at the The Charm who made my stay a perfect experience 💖💖

Had a really great experience at The Charm Hotel. We booked the "King Suite with View" which had an amazing scenic view, especially in the morning with the cool breeze. The environment and room is not only conducive, but is both spacious and clean. Highly recommend travellers who are looking for a safe hotel as my friend and I (both females) felt rather comfortable staying in this hotel. Only advise would be to pack light as there is no lift and we had to climb 2 stories up. Otherwise, everything is close to perfect.

Stayed one night at the charm hotel as we were in Brighton for a concert at the Brighton centre. It’s in a great location for bars and restaurants and only 10 minute walk in to town. the staff and management were great from when we arrive to check in and with helping us to our room with our bags to when we need extra towels in our room. The room was clean and tidy. Had a good quiet nights sleeps. breakfast was great had everything you needed from the continental to the cooked buffet. They had fruit juice to a coffee machine that make what you want. Will be back the next time we are in Brighton to stay.

Could easily have given a four, but I felt that may have been to severe. Negatives first. We had a top floor room as booked late so four flights of stairs to carry luggage up. Heat by came on in the night and towel rail was permanently on, 20 degrees outside. Pillows could be better. Positives were large room and the bed was gigantic, nice view down the rd of the sea. Table in the bay window was nice. Shower decent. Tyrell was a nice first impression.

This little boutique hotel is wonderfully positioned near the heart of Brighton. Just a short stroll away from the ocean, the pier and The Lanes shopping centre. ||The hotel has the most wonderful helpful staff, none more so than Tyrell on the reception desk, who goes out of his way to assist everyone. ||The rooms are immaculate, well-appointed and complemented with a modern bathroom with an enormous bath and rainfall shower. The only caution is the fact that there is no lift in this building, so you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs. If this is a challenge, then the staff are more than willing to assist you.

Beautifully decorated room with a small balcony to enjoy the sun . The room was big, very clean and the bed comfy. Bed linen crisp and pillows just right. We had air conditioning or could open the windows to let the sea air in! The bathroom, toiletries and towels good quality. Theres a safe, fridge and good sized wardrobe with shelves . Kettle with tea and coffee also a coffee pod machine to use. We didn’t book for breakfast but it was an option. Staff pleasant and helpful. Would recommend

This is a well situated hotel, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were decently clean. We had a room on the top floor, which was on the small side and although was fine for us, being so close to the roof may be an issue for taller people. The bed was also on the small side and was very firm, borderline uncomfortable. Overall, fine for a couple of nights, although perhaps not quite as comfortable as would have liked for the price.
