Attentive and kind staff with good humor and attention to detail. We stayed multiple nights and enjoyed every meal. The menu is varied between traditional and global. Every restaurant experience was wonderful we will be coming back! Saraa, Deep and their colleagues were all so very nice.

I took my mum, grandmother and vegan sister for the Mamma Mia's mother's day afternoon tea and it was amazing. The food was beautiful and there was plenty of tasty vegan options for my sister. Atmosphere was so calm and pretty with the harpist playing and our server Saraa was so polite and made us feel special. Thank you so much

We came to this restaurant for an afternoon tea for my friend's birthday. We were looked after by Dhimant who was very attentive. The sandwiches, scones and cakes were prepared by chef Amro. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will be back. We thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

We enjoyed our afternoon tea experience. The food was delicious and the homemade scones were the highlight and still warm. Our waiter Dhimant was attentive and even offered to help us take a photo. Well done.

If you are looking for an amazing dining experience, go see Mr. Deep at this amazing restaurant! This gentleman provided me with consistent five star service, for the week I spent at the Donnington Manor Hotel, and he consistently greeted me at every meal not only with professional service, but also with a friendly smile and attitude! He worked hard to make my dining experience perfect in every way. I can't say enough WONDERFUL things about this restaurant and the staff they employ. Thank you Mr. Deep for a very pleasant holiday!

Lots of variety on the menu. I chose the peri-peri spatchcock chicken that included a choice of two sides. The portion was huge and tasted amazing. The dessert didn’t disappoint either and was delicious. Our server, Deep, was polite, friendly and very welcoming. A great experience all round.

Yassing was our server. So helpful and friendly.
We enjoyed the experience of sitting in a 'train carriage'! Very novel.
The food was delicious and plenty of choice. Will return with our friends to stay the night, which my husband and I did the night before, for one of the themed evenings.

Well, I'm back again to tell of another GREAT meal and the servers.
I rarely post on social media of ANY kind.
I had some of the very BEST fish n chips in a looking while at the Chartwell restaurant attached to Donnington Manor.
The lovely young man named Zahid cooked my meal, and a wonderful gentleman named Dhimant served it to me.
The meal was excellent as was the service.
I HIGHLY recommend you come stay, eat, and enjoy.
