I have just returned from ‘The Chill Out Centre’ my favourite place to go to, when I need to be de-stressed by totally relaxing my body and mind.
I see Amanda G every few months, for a 45min Reiki session. When the session ends, I feel as if I have woken from a deep sleep and the rest of the day I take things slow instead of going at a hundred miles an hour and my brain isn’t constantly thinking what to do next, where to go, who to see etc. If you have never been there or tried Reiki and feel you need some peace in mind and body, then trust Amanda and give it a go. Hope you enjoy the results as much as I do.

I found this little hidden gem a few months ago. Amanda is so welcoming and puts you at ease immediately. I’ve now experienced reflexology, a facial and waxing with Amanda and truly believe I have found my treatment therapist for life!
I have also attended a ‘Sound Bath’ with Colin which was pure heaven. Completely relaxed during the session. I will be booking another one soon.
There are so many treatments you can have here, and there are many specialists in their fields that can provide these to you.

Visited The Chill Out Centre this morning. Had a wonderful coconut oil massage with Amanda. Absolutely awesome! The Chill Out Centre is aptly named as I always leave there totally chilled. I have been seeing Amanda for treatments for many years and cannot praise her too highly. Amanda is a wonderful person, absolutely passionate about her profession and what she does. She also has a wicked sense of humour! She always makes you feel as if you are her one and only client. Amanda is Simply the Best.
