We stayed last night for one night and were absolutely delighted with our room. We chose two single beds. The beds were so comfortable. The pillows were divine, and it made me smile when I settled down to sleep!. Sheets were fresh and felt expensive. The room and bathroom were utterly spotless and the room smelt so fresh. There were tea and coffee making facilities, with a lovely selection of nice Dorset teas. Lovely little touch of some cookies in a mini kilner jar and some celebrations in a glass jar. Fabulous air con too!The lady in reception was very friendly. Fantastic location, 5 mins from the beach, and some lovely restaurants close by. High recommended, and would stay again, without hesitation. Wonderful!

Wow, how on earth this place gets those good reviews!? My husband just stayed the night and his mood is ruined for the day. He has not slept feeling like there are some crawlers in the bed! The toilet is separate from the room, which means you need to dress up and down all the time! Leak stains on the ceiling! I saw this all on video and I am not happy that we booked this place as he went there on one day holiday to relax.
We booked based on good reviews which seems like lie. When he asked about the breakfast, if its included, the answer was ridiculous.
In the morning when rushing out, he left a charger and there was no chance getting back in the building. Noone answers the bell or the telephone number. Avoid!!!!

This was my first solo trip, and I couldn't have chosen a more idyllic hotel to stay in. The Chocolate Box lives up to its name, the room was delightful, very clean, the bed was super comfy, and there's an extra benefit of Aircon. My room had a garden view and was quiet, no road noise. There are slogans everywhere about the benefits of cocoa as if I needed any encouraging. I will definitely stay again and would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Bournemouth close to all amenities. 5 stars!

Stayed here for 4 nights during Bournemouth air festival. Ideal location, staff were really helpful and the free parking is a massive bonus. It’s only a 5-10min walk to the pier. Rooms had enough space and working air-con. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely small hotel. Small room perfectly adequate for one person. Very comfortable bed and pillows, great water pressure and hot water in shower. Good breakfast. Just a pity there were no chocolates in my room.. but this didn’t detract from a great stay would recommend.

Paid a lot for a very small room with no breakfast. Bathroom was not attached to room. Room did not have a fridge. Limited parking. Barely received any service. Price was very high for experience.

I stayed in the single occupancy room, it is very small but it had everything that I needed, including my own shower and bath. So it was perfect for me. Walking distance to the beach.
Not much parking available, so it's first come bases. There is free parking available on nearby streets.
Walking distance to the beach near Bournemouth pier, lots of restaurants available and some bars available near the hotel.
The hotel offers breakfast too.

The Best night sleep I had in a long time, pillows were so soft and fluffy. Owner and staff very welcoming, friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Room spotlessly Clean and warm. Breakfast was amazing ?. Will definitely be returning. Also value for money.
