Booked pretty late but was hugely impressed with everything about the Clock Tower. I we given a lovely warm welcome by Chloe who took my breakfast order and recommended a great pub for dinner .
Set in beautiful grounds this traditional property has to be seen to be appreciated. My room was spacious , well equipped with a 4 poster bed and annex with 2 single beds. A huge bathroom with shower , double sinks and a self standing central bath .
Lovely and quiet , I slept like a log and enjoyed a wonderful breakfast .
All pretty perfect and at a very fair price , I will stay again and would recommend highly . Many thanks !

Lovely b and b. Conveniently situated not far from M6. Good communication and made clear to us in emails that staff are not around at the small welcome desk at all times. We were considerate and advised our expected arrival time and when delayed advised them again. We had an instant reply telling us not to worry. Greeted by Chloe who was very pleasant and helpful. |Room pleasant, spacious and clean and plenty big enough for us and our Boxer dog. The grounds are lovely. The area quiet but not far from civilisation! Mobile signal is patchy but WiFi on site. Good choice at breakfast. Fantastic value for money and very convenient for David Austin Roses about 15 minutes away. Would visit again.

Hi Gareth & Chloe,

It has now been 2 months since you cancelled our event with 24 hours notice. The fact that you did this by email and have completely ignored us since then is quite shocking.

This was a joint wedding and 40th birthday celebration with people traveling from all over the country and as far as Indonesia.

We understand that it was because of boiler problems and water in the ballroom and sometimes things like this happen and are beyond your control but the total lack of help or response from your team is completely unacceptable.

Your team has totally ignored several attempts to make contact with the venue by email, phone and text. You have now shut down your email addresses after finally making contact with us. At a minimum we need a refund of the almost £6,500 we have paid you and as you stated in your email we need to be compensated by your insurance for additional costs that we could not cancel at such short notice.

Imagine having your wedding cancelled 24hrs in advance... This entire process has been very stressful and extremely unprofessional.

You are either trying to hide from this situation or (from the facebook group of other people who have had the same experience) you are just trying to scam people. Which is it?

Please can someone get in contact with me urgently so we can begin this process.

Regards,

Peter King

Avoid at all costs. The proprietor has recently cancelled several bookings and refused to repay considerable sums of money (deposits, refunds etc) and has just received a wind up petition as it has not paid rents on the Property. Do not make a booking.

Had a lovely stay at the clock house. From the info online it wasn't clear wether the stay was inside the old mansion or next to it, but you are actually inside it. It is like stepping back in time and is absolutely amazing. The rooms are absolutely huge and we had a lovely bathroom with a roll top bath and also a separate dressing room! There were also window seats with a really nice view over the gardens. We walked round the grounds too which were lovely. Chloe was an amazing host and made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was nice too. Would 100% stay again!

Stayed here twice as a stopover for Easter trip from Scotland to Surrey and back again. Was ideally placed as close to M6 and had a separate bedroom for our 2 kids.|The setting is beautiful, amazing historic building. Feels away from it all, but there are places to eat / get supplies close by. We had fish and chips and used the co-op at the nearby Coven. |Chloe was fantastic and couldn't do enough for us - even playing table football with our eldest to help keep him entertained and giving our boys easre eggs on our return visit! So kind of her! |The family room was huge and was perfect for what we needed as a stopover, but I can see this being a good base to explore locally too.|

The Clock house is an absolutely beautiful building, the grounds are stunning. our room was beautiful with a four poster bed and a beautiful bathroom. |Chloe was so friendly nothing was too much trouble for her. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had so much choice. |We can’t wait to stay again.

Stayed here while working in Brewood, very friendly, helpful staff, my room was upgraded with a four poster bed and massive bathroom, the bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean and tidy and overlooked the nice big patio and back garden, the full English breakfast was exceptional, nicely cooked and hot, with nice coffee and fruit juice. ample parking at the front of the beautiful large white building. Stayed for 3 very enjoyable nights and looking forward to staying there for 2 nights next week.
