What a delightful B&B! Set in peaceful and private surroundings, this two-roomed B&B offers a perfect overnight stay close to Cambridge with excellent travel options nearby.

We stayed in the spacious upstairs room with equally spacious adjoining bathroom for 3 nights, and we’re so pleased we did. Everything was spotlessly clean and the room had everything we needed for our stay, including fridge and fan (it was hot weather!), and a well-stocked hospitality tray.

An exceptional breakfast was cooked-to-order each morning by the hostess, Hazel, with plenty of cold options on offer too.

Hazel and Geoff welcomed us into their lovely home with open arms, and for that we must say thank you.

Highly recommended!

Very nice place. I needed somewhere close to Stansted airport and this was perfect. Nice fully equipped room and large adjacent exclusive bathroom. Comfortable bed and beatiful surroundings. Very peaceful. Would benefit from a sign on the main road. There is s sign but it doesnt say “The Coach House”. And google will take you too the place next door from where i was redirected. Quite a nice chap luckily and obviously used to people showing up there as he knew where i was going! Only negative point was the shower which is malfunctioning. It is either scolding hot or cold. Overall very clean good breakfast and very pleasant host.

What a find! We unfortunately we're in the area for a funeral and stayed one night. The quiet ensuite room was spacious and immaculately clean and furnished well - it had everything you would need including a small fridge.|Lovely house with great private garden.|Hazel, the owner was lovely and couldn't have been more helpful.|The cooked breakfast was really good; great quality and more than enough. We are both gluten free (coeliac) and she ensured that everything including the sausages was gluten free.|If in the area again we would definitely stay there!|Thank you Hazel.

This delightful b&b is set in tranquil surroundings on the Wimbush Manor estate. In the evening I encountered a red deer and rabbits cantering about. ||The host is very friendly and welcoming.|The ground floor room was elegantly presented and very clean . It consisted of a double and single bed, the mattress was sumptuous and I had a fantastic sleep in the quiet grounds. ||Everything you need for your stay over , even a table and chairs set out in the rear garden with access from my room (number3).| |Breakfast was presented with a variety of cereals and toast, full English cooked to perfection. ||I felt like an old friend to the host , and would not hesitate to stay here again. ||Very close to Shepreth Wild Animal Park . RSPB Fowlmere was on my way home. ||

My sister and I were going to a wedding nearby, so just wanted somewhere to stay for the night. This was fabulous. Spotlessly clean, massive bathroom and a lovely breakfast. All run by the owner, Hazel, who was charming. Could not recommend this place more!

Impeccable house and attentive reception. Lovely comfortable bed and adjoining large private bathroom with both bath and shower. Nice to have small sofa to watch tv as I unexpectedly had to spend more time at the property than I'd planned. Breakfast was perfect. Hosts very friendly and I felt at home. Bring slippers 🙂 (Location is rural so plan accordingly )

We booked for one night, very last minute. As a family of 5 it can be tricky to find b&bs that work for us and we usually end up in a Holiday Inn but we’re so glad Hazel could fit us in. ||||The rooms are beautiful, spotlessly clean and with everything we could possibly need, the little cookies were a very nice touch!||||Breakfast was delicious, freshly cooked to order and everyone was very happy. We couldn’t recommend The Coach House more, definitely worth a visit if you need somewhere to stay in the area.
