We just moved to area and looking for a good local SPA. I had an amazing day and was excited that I found perfect place to bring family and friends and enjoy it! Which was ruined by weird rules. In the end of my session I wanted to see lobby and ice skating ring which is in the main building but I was told I’m not allowed as this is only for guests and members. Which means I’m not a guest who just spent £500 in your Spa. (£375 treatment and £120 shopping) BUT if you buy £50 ticket for ice skating you can come in and be a guest! I have been to many places around the world but this BS happened to me first time. Won’t be coming back.

We came here for my wife’s birthday for a day of relaxation. Greeted with friendly staff at the desk, wonderful lunch through the middle of the day, a boxing class with Rudi and a massage to top it off with Ellie. The facilities are complete, high standard and clean with sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, inside and outside swimming pools. Will be coming back here again very soon

Small spa but good nonetheless. Staff friendly and very clean. Wim hof ice bath experience is well worth a try if you want a challenge.
