We visited as a large group for our Christmas lunch, and it was such a great experience! All the food was fantastic, and the service was warm and attentive. We started with a Charcuterie board, which was a hit with everyone. For my main, I chose the Steak Frites, and it was absolutely delicious—tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked. The Crème Brûlée Tart was a lovely twist on the classic, feeling lighter and softer but still full of flavour. This was a Christmas menu, so you might not find the same dishes on the menu at other times of the year.

Had a lovely day out and lost track of time. Stumbled across The coast bar after realising that almost every other place had closed their kitchens for the evening. Easy access via the high street. Comfortable seating. Friendly staff. High quality dishes presented in a superb manner. The atmosphere was lovely. Absolutely nothing to fault. Well worth a visit.

Good food with attentive and friendly service. Food came out in good time and was very good. Cocktails were average but the mood and atmosphere made up for that. The background music added to the experience without it being to loud and over bearing. Would recommend to all those that visit Cowes.

We are always looking for vegan options and we were delighted to find this cute little restaurant. We sat outside on the street which was good for people watching but not the most comfortable. We had their Mediterranean sharing plate and it was absolutely divine, beautifully prepared and presented. It ended up being enough for our dinner! And we had a lovely bottle of wine which was well priced and good.

My mum and I came here for dinner on the Saturday just gone. It was a plate of warming beautiful food with amazing flavours. It was classic simple and extraordinary.

The service was a bit slow near pudding but that was due to the mamouth amount of people that came in to enjoy their food.

We loved it so much that I came back for brekkie the next day, it was one of the best full English’s I’ve ever eaten! I want to try it again!

Also to add the decor was stunning! And we were able to bring our dogs in when we were eating inside, it allowed us to eat other then ‘pub grub’ and made all the difference to our trip to the island!

Lastly the prices were so reasonable! Defo the best place we have eaten in on the island!

Visited for lunch on a day trip to Cowes. Its hidden gem, one of the few restaurants you must visit while visiting IOW.
This was our second visit, but definitely not the last. Full of character, great atmosphere, buzzing. They were really busy, and because we didn't book table beforehand, we waited around 10 min for them to get one ready for us, but it was worth it. The food was incredible as always, with plenty of options. The stuff was great, very attentive. We'll be back.
