From the moment that we arrived Donna could not have been more welcoming or hospitable. Nothing was too much trouble and we really valued having the outdoor seating area and glasses, coffee and fresh milk provided. I honestly think Donna had thought of everything.|The room we stayed in was really two rooms- a large double and an adjoining room with three single beds. Brilliant for family or a getaway with friends. |The pool was a welcome bonus. Breakfast was yummy and sitting in the sun in the morning was most welcome.|Throughly recommended- we will be back.

We have recently returned from a lovely weekend break at the Coast House, situated not far from the seafront in the lovely village of Felpham. It is a lovely property and the rooms are spacious, well decorated and clean. Donna is a fantastic, welcoming host who immediately put us at our ease. The breakfasts were superb with plenty of choice and the cooked options were delicious. We would have no hesitation in returning to the Coast House

My wife and I stayed twice at The Coast House during the past 6 weeks and much enjoyed our visit on each occasion. This is a classic “boutique” B&B, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast and a warm welcome. The indoor spa pool is a great feature and we particularly like the spacious breakfast room and terrace for day use. A perfect location for Chichester, Goodwood and Arundel and a short walk to the beach and Felpham village with its three pubs. We will certainly stay here again when visiting West Sussex.

Lovely b&b, very quiet location, nothing is too much trouble for Donna. Room was spotless with a very comfy bed and loads of space. Short walk to beach, pubs and cafes. Like staying in a home from home but with a pool! Donna gave us a few recommendations of where to visit, we took her advise and went to Arundel castle which was beautiful. Definitely somewhere we would go again and make use of the outdoor seating on a sunny day. Loads of choice for breakfast with great coffee!

Warmly greeted by Donna on arrival, having earlier telephoned us to check on arrival time. Shown around this tastefully appointed B&B and left to it. Plenty of tea/coffee on tap in nice lounge area. Breakfasts were outstanding, piping hot, and served with a smile. Hydro pool was lovely, strange experience swimming against the current, but good nonetheless. Lovely gardens to sit out and chill. Room was spacious, spotless and comfortable. Parking off road and promenade less then 5 minute walk. Highly recommend. Lovely treat having Victoria plums picked from garden at breakfast.

I had such a comfortable stay! Donna couldn't have been more welcoming... she made sure I knew where everything was and felt free to enjoy the beautiful garden, spa and lounge. My room was absolutely lovely, the bed was incredibly comfy and the full cooked breakfast was perfect. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe and at home. What a lovely place to stay! Thank you

Beautiful accommodation in a great location. |We stayed for 3 nights as a family with 2 young children. The host Donna was incredibly accommodating and made our stay very comfortable. The rooms are beautifully done and pristine clean, along with the rest of the b&b. we ate a fantastic breakfast both in and outside on the sunny days, beautiful garden views and again really attentive service. Couldn’t fault the place or service and would strongly recommend. Thank you
