I placed my order on Wednesday evening and emailed an hour or so later to ask if I could edit my order. Over the course of the next 3 days I emailed 5 times, called 3 times and messaged their pages on social media and never heard a thing back. I’ve now had to pay nearly £10 to have the parcel sent back for next day return. Customer service is non-existent when buying online.

Tried 5 places in Chelmsford for a replacement tank glass and this shop was the only one to have it. Very good service making sure it fitted and overall extremely pleased with my visit.
