Very disappointed with baked potatoes as they were served at lukewarm temperatures with cold beans. Sent it back only for it to be served again at the same temperature by which time we’d lost the will so just ate it. The staff at the till who took our order was struggling to crack a smile which made the whole experience unpleasant. Not had this problem before so urge you to address this as it’s an expensive lunch. Furthermore they don’t bring the food to you but are given a bleeper and you have to collect the food yourself. Not a great experience at all.

We visited on Sunday afternoon, around 1:40 pm, and had almost a few of the options run out/not available, like Jacket potatoes and pizzas. Still the veg wraps and bean pasty were yummy!

They do have cold sandwiches as well, but were out of stock that day.

Apart from the options available on the menu card, they also have some quick bites, as seen in the photo. Also, the sunday closing timings are 4 pm, but still we were able to grab a coffee around 4:30, lucky us maybe 😀

A good amount of covered space to enjoy your food, and many open picnic tables as well, in case the weather is sunny!

Friendly helpful staff.
Reasonable prices and decent coffee.
Get the big breakfast if you don't want to eat lunch! Cumberland sausage in a bun is a good option.
It's a dog friendly cafe, and can get busy (especially at weekends)
The only downside is the sticky tables.
Some TLC and general maintenance wouldn't come amiss...
The latest idea is online ordering from the table, but I prefer the interaction with the friendly staff

The guy taking the order is really cranky. The people making the coffee look like they're having a bad day. I get that they're busy this early on a Saturday but everyone else is in a good mood customer wise, smiling and laughing. It's just the people working in the cafe bringing down the atmosphere... shame it's bringing things down

What a shambles. Long queue moving at a snail pace. Plenty of staff but not doing much. There are two tills, but only one was opened for food and drinks. No effort made to open the second till to assist the queuing situation.
I certainly wouldn't bother to go there when it's busy. Come on Coffee House get your act together. Improve the service and I'm sure that customers would come again.
Our party got so fed up with the slow service that we just walked out and went to the Wheelright Arms, much better experience

No frills filter coffee. Good price at £2 for a standard sized mug (medium). Coffee was a bit bitter. Sat outside but 'in' rather than takeaway so China mug which I like

A fantastic location next to the beautiful Dinton Pastures. A great outdoor area for lunch in summer or cosy dining room in winter.

Food quality could be better.
