This property is tired and dated however the service was great. We stayed whilst visiting santa pod raceway as its just over 15 minuets from the track. Our family room was perfect, spotlessly clean including bathroom and beds comfy. Tea coffee and toiletries in the room. Breakfast was amazing and I'm picky for quality 10/10. Perfect set up for a day at the track. Should we ever need a hotel for santa pod again we would definitely book here just what we needed.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!||||It looks horrendous from the outside but is worse on the inside.||As we were checking in a young girl walked in off the street and asked where the toilet was, I told i didn’t know as we had just arrived-a minute later my colleague found her bent down in the car park having a wee!!!!!||There must be a cannabis grown nearby as the place stank of weed.||The bedroom doors are poorly secured. The bedrooms and bathrooms are the most basic you will have ever seen. Muck and dust all over the walls - urgh.||My mobile phone is bigger than the tv screen!||My other colleague had bed bugs - see other reviews re this!!!!||Staff are friendly but struggle to promote anything as this place is the worst dive ever. The “bar” is a fridge!!!||Breakfast is whatever you want from a full english - served on various crockery. Food was served very hot!!! I was told that the towns homeless are put up here.||THIS PLAY IS AWFUL/HORRENDOUS/DIRE - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Rubbish outside the hotel entrance.empty cans everywhere. Warm welcome on arrival. Room was clean although very dated. Bed was very comfortable. Slept OK. Woken at 3.10 a.m by fire alarm going off. Bathroom was spacious. Huge Cobwebs above shower cubicle. Towels nice and clean. Wasn't keen on the room being cleaned whilst we were out without being asked first. Amenities close by. Walking distance to visit family members. Definitely not worth the amount we paid to stay here as Didn't have the breakfast. Will not be staying here again.

We were greeted by a very helpful and friendly lady who allowed us to check two hours earlier as we were attending a wedding.
Beds and pillows were very comfortable and had a good nights sleep. Plenty of hot water for a shower.
Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. Served by friendly and polite staff.
