Excellent service from Laura who welcomed me. Helpful and friendly. |Ange in the kitchen cooked me a wonderful, tasty full English breakfast and was extremely helpful, friendly and warm. They have their own Bar & Restaurant with a good menu. You can also leave your vehicle there for an extended period. The Hotel is only about 5 minutes drive from Gatwick Airport which was so convenient. They have their own Van which fetches & drops you to and from Gatwick. They only charge £12, as apposed to Gatwick’s £18. The Hotel is only about a 10 minute walk into the village where there are shops, pubs, restaurants etc. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back when needed.

Very helpful, welcoming staff, comfortable and quiet room. I had the vegetable soup as a light dinner in the evening, which was well made and tasty. A genuine, family run, friendly place overall.
We walked about half a mile from the local train station to get there, which didn't take long, and then we booked a bus early in the morning to take us to the airport, which took about 10 minutes and at the time of this post cost £12 for both of us. I read that they also pick up from the airport if you arrive there, which I would recommend.

An average stay at best. If you're not in the main hotel, then you get lead out of the building, through the car park to an ominous looking gate saying to the "chalets", across a rather busy road where you enter what is a converted house. Soundproofing is poor and you can tell the decor and facilities are very much done on a tight budget. ||Location and price is fine, but would look at other options in future. Staff reasonably friendly.

Everything was fantastic. The room was clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was very modern with a decent shower. The included breakfast in the morning was cooked to order and of a high standard and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I took advantage of the holiday car parking which was reasonably priced and they even offered a shuttle to and from the airport (£12 each way per room) which was also very good! As and when I fly from Gatwick again this place will be my first choice to stay. Thanks!

Ideal for an overnight Gatwick flight. link-up.
Rooms are basic but clean, and the price reflects this.
The staff are down to earth, friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend

Absolutely amazing. Our first stay and would highly recommend. Service provided for airport excellent 👌. Nothing was too much trouble staff very attentive helpful and friendly. Food excellent 👌. Will book again for a stay when booking our next get away .

Compact, spotless room, well thought out and equipped. Firm bed and pillow, thick duvet and crispy clean towels.

The entire place is well cared for, ample parking, airport transfers (£12 per room as of DEC 2024), yummy food and warm and efficient service.

My usual LGW lodging was unavailable and my Boolean search brought this hotel up in the results. I did try to book directly on their site vs. an online travel agency but it was clear that the resy wasn't available on their site because it had been already purchased by the other site.|Despite not directly booking with them, I received excellent support including welcome easy instructions that included how to get the airport shuttle. I was picked up immediately and whisked off to the hotel.|Although dinner was already over there was a bar menu available. Booked into the overflow house across the street one level up and was easily accessible. Room was tiny but clean and had everything I need.|Breakfast choice was continental or Full English with an easy check out and hourly shuttle back to airport. I would consider staying again for ease of use.
