Cornerstone Kitchen catered our wedding last year and I’m ashamed to say didn’t we write a review at the time, despite them being the most incredible caterers we could have wished for. Good food and drink are really important to us and we wanted it to be a central part of our day, and CSK didn’t disappoint. The initial tasting was great and they made us feel so welcome. In the lead-up the wedding they were flexible and accommodating, even when we had last minute drop-outs. On the day, Julia and her team were so organised and in control, it was a massive weight off our minds, and they ensured the day ran really smoothly. The staff were incredibly proactive, professional and friendly (like protecting the cookies we had laid out instead of a cake from guests before the meal). And of course the food!! The food was incredible, and our friends and family still talk about it. We recently celebrated our first wedding anniversary and have been looking back at the videos and pictures. The day was everything we dreamed and more, and CSK were a massive part of making that happen.

Cornerstone catered for our wedding in September and were fab from start to finish, I highly recommend. The food was amazing and Cornerstone very flexible and clearly work to a high standard. The process beforehand was straight-forward and enjoyable and the effort and dedication on the day was first rate. We cannot thank James and the team enough for everything they did over our 3 day event over the New Years Eve weekend. The event would not have been as successful without the support from James and the CSK team. The food was absolutely delicious, and our guests were all shocked at how the team managed to produce such high quality food in a marquee, in the rain, in north wales!!! Everything was presented beautifully, warm and served to us with a smile from the serving team. Nothing was too much for James and the team, and we wouldn't hesitate to book them in again! Cornerstone catered for our daughters wedding in the garden this summer. We cannot praise them highly enough - the food was delicious and beautifully presented and the service was amazing, so professional, down to the very last detail. The team were so pleasant to deal with from the first visit, to the day itself, and so efficient. Nothing was too much trouble, and they dealt with the many dietaries perfectly. We used Cornerstone for our wedding this October at Sudeley Castle and they were brilliant from start to finish.

It's easy to overlook when choosing a caterer that you are not just choosing the people who make your food, but the people who run most of the wedding day for you. Jo and the CSK Team made every effort in the planning of our wedding to make sure that we had everything we needed for the day and accomodated all of our requests. This included regular check-in calls, running our drinks reception (including making cocktails from a recipe we provided), a champaign tower, a 3 course meal for 130 people (including an off-menu apple and rubarb crumble request for desert) and running the bar in the evening.

Jo specifically was super helpful and responsive throughout the planning, and brilliant on the day ensuring we could just enjoy it knowing it was safe in her hands.

Special shout out to Libbie, Joanne and James. From start to finish, the attention to detail and dedication to ensuring every guest was well looked after was truly remarkable. The quality of the food, the presentation, and the professionalism of your staff exceeded all our expectations. Guests who aren’t the biggest fans of tomatoes apparently finished their starter plates wanting more. The pork shoulder main was honestly delicious, and let’s not even get started on the show-stopper lemon dessert!

Our guests have not stopped raving about the delicious dishes and the seamless service. You made everyone feel so special and taken care of, which added immensely to the joy of our celebration.

Thank you once again for your exceptional efforts and for helping to make our wedding day absolutely perfect. We are so grateful for everything you did to make it an unforgettable experience.

The weekend went off great with our lovely group of friends for the annual Christmas party -

CORNERSTONE KITCHEN for all their help, advice, assistance and flexible approach to preparing, cooking & supplying such fabulous food for us all to enjoy on the night where Chef Lee stayed a while to make sure all was well and easy instructions were written on every container of food for us to follow and the reassurance that he was at the end of the phone for any questions we may have during the evening.
