First visit last night for a wedding anniversary and we have to say we were delighted with the staff and the quality of the food was outstanding. We had the rump steak and it was absolutely perfectly cooked. The char grilled taste was exceptional. The atmosphere was great and now the best bit - mains, a shared desert and drinks for just over £25 per head. We'll be back!!!

We had a really nice evening for my mums birthday (Thursday 3rd October)
Staff were really friendly and the food was delicious.
In our chaotic day we forgot to pick up a cake but the staff were very accommodating with getting us a dessert and candle so our 3 year old could sing happy birthday.

We stayed here 27/09/24. The room wasn't great. Broken toilet seat that couldn't be fixed (but was given a complimentary drink to apologise). This should have been picked up when the room was cleaned ... The sink was tiny .. only really good for washing your hands so hard to have a wash before bed. The shower head leaked everywhere. There was a wardrobe but nowhere to hang a wet jacket/coat. It wasn't clean .. lots of cobwebs on the ceiling and in the window corners. Something was squished on the ceiling but that wasn't cleaned off. Good tea tray tho, plenty on there, and the bed was comfy. There is no mention of the stairs that were REALLY steep (some deeper than others) and our room was at the top of two flights. Staff were lovely and the location is great but I wouldn't stay again.

Came here for lunch with the family. We were very pleased with our meals. Lovely view from the window. Dog yapping at the next table half the time. It looks like a nice place to get a room we'll have to come try the breakfast and dinner menu. The brunch one passed the test. Thank goodness we were never offered dessert... The cakes did look good though.

3rd time eating here.
Food lovely and well presented.
Staff friendly and welcoming.
Location is perfect right near the river.
The only thing would make it perfect is a slightly larger table and more comfortable chairs. Would have stayed longer, but my husband offered our table to waiting guests, lol ? . Thanks for fantastic hospitality as always.

We stayed a couple of nights in bedroom 1 and the loud nightclub music from the Arches next door kept us awake until it closed each night at 1am!

How this is allowed and how I see no other negative reviews I have no idea, we won't be staying here again.

The staff are welcoming, friendly with excellent memories for those who frequent the restaurant, bed and breakfast to ensure that preferences and requests are adhered too and customers are kept happy.

Great place to have refreshments by the river, we've been coming here for years every time we visit Bewdley. Lovely staff and great coffee. Definitely recommend.
