Came for a yin yang class recently and was very impressed by this lovely little studio. A little tricky to navigate up to the actual studio if you've never been but it's a very nice setting. Plenty of space to put your belongings and they have studio mats and props so no need to bring your own.

The class was a lovely mix of spiritual practice and breathwork with a lively and challenging flow with modifications for accessibility. I understand the studios are family-run which is a really nice feeling, and our instructor was lovely and made me feel very welcome as a new yogi to the studio. I'm not personally a fan of mirrors in yoga studios but the class faces away from this so it doesn't pose too much of a problem if you are self-conscious like me. Was lovely to have the breeze and sounds from the nearby church gardens come through the windows.

Will definitely return when I'm back in the area!

I've recently attended a Yoga Retreat Day and Meditation Course with the ladies here, plus some yoga sessions. I highly recommend them - this is real yoga. Plus a very friendly team and extremely informative.
Biggleswade is very lucky to have the Courtyard Centre. I wish I had found it sooner!

I went in for a coffee and returned later for a tea for a break from work. The prices are competitive and its a very nice and cosy place to spend a bit of time in. The staff are very friendly and the service is equally as good. They are also very knowledgeable about the well being services they provide. Yoga, meditation etc. There are ample sockets to plug your laptop or phone in. Whenever i work in this lovely town this is my homebase for my breaks.

Been here twice now to the monthly gourmet nights, vegaterian food is excellent but they also do raw food wich is outstanding, compliments to beth who puts the food together. This is a very welcoming and calm place to come where you are greeted and treated just right. The perfect evening with smiles and banter all round
