I’ve been using the spa for about 5 months now. Today I’ve realised I won’t be going back as this has been the last time I’ll give it another chance. I waited 40mins for my appointment. Previously they have also cancelled on me multiple times which is a huge inconvenience. Didn’t offer me a discount or anything. Also don’t appreciate they double dip with there wax which I personally think is unhygienic. Will be finding a new waxing spot especially for the £45 price!

Awful experience, don’t go! The Chiswick branch was shut without warning, I requested a refund which was refused and left with no choice but to travel a long distance to the next alternative branch in Beaconsfield. This branch was dirty, messy and chaotic, it’s not a nice place to spend time. To top off the poor experience on my way out I was told their card machine wasn’t working and to go to the nearest ash point for the £10 to settle my bill! I really don’t recommend the cove spa.

Do not come here to have your nails painted.
I went in to have a simple colour of paint to showcase my new engagement ring , not only was it poorly painted on but it also started to crack within 2 days.
I called up and got rebooked in, during the appointment the lady had to try twice to get the paint on my nails. When she tried to add a top coat the first time it was dragging the colour pigment and showing the natural nail. So she redid the nails and didn't put a top coat on.
After a day the nails were peeling, the colour hadn't fully set and it was losing its blue and it was chipping by simply brushing the nail.
When I spoke to the manager for a refund they refused and said I could come back in however after wasting almost 2 hours of my time I wouldn't come back.
No resolution was met and no apology was made.

Completely unhappy with both eyebrow threading and legs/bikini waxing. The eyebrows were not done properly as too many hairs were not removed. The same goes for waxing. The staff is nice but you don't get the value for money as you end up doing it all again at another place.

I went on my birthday. The staff were nice and friendly. I'd like to really thank Kerry i had never had anything done before but she left me feeling fully relaxed and eased all the pain i had from playing football. especially in my back! I would definitely recommend her and this place 🙂

I had a full body massage at the Lavender & Stone in Beaconsfield last week and it was by far the best massage i've ever had! The room was quiet with lovely gentle music playing and the massage table was warm. The girls who work there are so nice and professional, I will definitely be returning!

I’ve had my LVL lash lift this afternoon, absolutely wonderful service from start to finish. The salon is extremely clean with full the staff and fellow customers all wearing masks (staff are in both mask and visors).

The lash lift treatment was so relaxing I feel asleep.

I bought a multi visit gift card for my wife at this Spa and she was unable to use them all during Covid, however, she was promised that this wouldn’t be a problem. She went for a pedicure recently and this was covered (after a long unpleasant argument) under the gift card but all remaining ones were cancelled. Customer Service! She has been using this Spa for 20 years and she will now use a different Spa in Gerrards Cross.
