Had a lovely mum to be treatment which included a massage and facial with Fatemah yesterday. I felt so relaxed and she was so lovely. Would highly recommend it was just what I needed being almost 39 weeks pregnant. Thank you so much 🙂

Hadn’t been for over a year. Great to see on line bookings are now available. Treatment was lovely although therapist seemed rather busy sorting things out. The rooms really need redecoration and this detracts from the relaxing experience. They’ve not been decorated for some years. I would go again though once Cookham bridge is open.

I had a wax with Joanne yesterday and it was the best wax experience I have ever had! She was so lovely and I felt that she took alot of care and time over it. I was really pleased with the results. The receptionist was also warm and friendly which gave the spa a lovely feel on arrival. Next treatment is booked! Thank you girls.

Had an amazing Swedish massage from Jo. I can't recommend her enough. The salon itself is fine, however looking a bit tired and could do with a bit of a decorate and refurb

This is a great salon, very professional and the girls could not be more helpful. They use top quality brands and I have had regular treatments there for the last 10 years. Kim is far and away the best technician I have ever had in 30 years of salon treatment. I would highly recommend and would not go anywhere else. 5 stars for quality, service and care.

Amazing service from the girls in this salon, have had many treatments here and could not fault any of them. Friendly, caring and professional staff that cannot do enough for you! Delighted with the service from Kim today at L&S Bourne End. Easily the best technician I have ever had in my 30+ years of salon visits! Salon is relaxing and smells delicious! The B.E. team could not be more helpful. Highly recommended to everyone.

Had my nails done here today and I have never had such a bad set in my whole life. They look absolutely terrible! I’m going to have to get them done again, they’re that bad. They weren’t cheap and I wouldn’t even pay £10 for them. I don’t recommend to anyone.
