Just what we wanted::::great room with a sea view, free parking on the other side of the road, warm, helpful and friendly hosts who provided us with a tasty well cooked breakfast and strong coffee that set me up for the day. Tony and Amanda made us feel very much welcomed. Thank you!

I had a really wonderful 3 night stay with my hosts Amanda and Tony - breakfast each morning was home-cooked and super delicious and the hospitality I received was lovely and professional. It was just the right mix of privacy and welcome. My room was comfortable and the ensuite bathroom had hot water which was perfect for the cold weather. Thank you for a such lovely stay ! ❤️

Lovely guest house in a great location. Room was very large, spacious and spotlessly clean with views over the sea, lovely sitting in the comfy chairs in the bay window having a cuppa looking out to sea. Hosts were very friendly and helpful and cooked a great breakfast.

An excellent place to stay. We were delighted with the room, its cleanliness and size. The sea view surprised us. A really delicious breakfast, cooked to order served up in a smart dining room. I recommend this guest house.

Just got home from a very hot long journey from Lowestoft to Leigh, Greater Manchester, but totally worth it. Never been to Lowestoft before so booked through Booking.com as I'd read the reviews. We weren't disappointed in any way. Lovely guest house, great position right beside the promenade. ||Room was spotless, tastefully decorated with everything needed.....and if we had needed anything, it would have been provided I'm sure.||The hosts were the best hosts we've experienced and we've stayed in many guest houses all over the country. The breakfasts were superb....every taste catered for.||Tony even carried heavy suitcase up the stairs and Amanda even made us a flask of coffee for our journey. NOTHING was too much trouble. ||This couple deserve all the business available ||Thanks so much, we will be back||Linda and Trevor

The Coventry Guest House Lowestoft|I was made to feel very welcome on my arrival. Room was spotless and had lovely seaview. Great choice of breakfasts in a homely atmosphere. I will definitely be staying here again.

Had a great bank holiday stay here. This guesthouse is in a beautiful location and so close to the beach. We were made to feel very welcome as the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The full English breakfast was lovely, wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Positive: We enjoyed breakfast everyday with plenty of choice and served in a very friendly atmosphere. Room very spacious, spotless, comfortable bed and an equally spotless en suite. Splendid location on the front, beautiful view that enabled us to watch the sunrise.. Negative: We would have liked a longer stay, perhaps in another occasion. fortunately we don't have any problem with stairs. perhaps for other visitors, there could be a warning of the many steps involved..
