Hosts were attentive and really helpful. I was staying there on my own they were very welcoming. Lovely breakfast and breakfast room.The decor of the house is very tasteful and quirky. Loved it!
They also have a bar in the hotel where you can have a drink before going to bed, perfect.

We could not have had a warmer welcome and more comfortable stay. ||Ian and Suzy have created a unique place to stay when visiting Plymouth.||Wonderfully positioned, stylishly decorated and furnished, warm and comfortable.||Breakfast was a delight. From start to finish our experience of the Craft house was fantastic. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the Pavillions and the city centre. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, the room was tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. There was a great choice of breakfast items and all of really high quality. Wonderful place to stay. The friendliness and service of a BnB with the privacy of a hotel. They make a fabulous breakfast with fresh and tasty ingredients. The attention to detail that the hosts provide is impressive and they really do try and make your comfort a priority. Lovely little bar with local products. Every hotel would always be improved with a Twiglet present too.

I’m so pleased my husband & I chose to stay at The Craft House for our trip away. The house is just beautiful, very clean and the breakfast was delicious. The hosts were lovely too and catered for our extra needs. The Craft House is situated in a beautiful spot right next to The Hoe and we were able to easily walk to The Royal William Yard and town.

Wow!! What can I say… Ian, Suzy (and Twiglet) are incredible hosts! The Craft House is a wonderful building, both inside and out. My room was fantastic - well-proportioned, beautifully decorated, and though small, it was lovely and comfortable. The location is ideal, just outside the city center but within walking distance of everything you need.||I was in Plymouth for two nights on business and had to switch hotels at short notice, after a horrible experience. Ian and Suzy couldn’t have been more helpful or welcoming, turning what started as a pretty rubbish trip into a great one! I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Thank you both for looking after me, and I’ll see you again in December!
