Have been here for lunch several times now with family and have never been disappointed. For a start, the Crees Inn is very dog-friendly, with the staff always making a fuss of my dog and brining her water and treats. The food is always fab….I had the Sunday Roast today - delicious. The staff really make this place though, they are all so friendly, chatty and attentive and really make the atmosphere special. Well worth the drive out to Abernethy

We pop in regularly for a drink most weekends, always busy, friendly, professional service. Today I had lunch, a family catch up. Light lunch menu available as well as main menu used in evenings. We tried loaded fries, soup, sandwich and baked potato. Reasonably priced. All happy customers. Generous portions, tasty side salads. Thank you for a lovely lunch. Nice, relaxed atmosphere.

We’ve been looking for our “go to place” for a few months now and we finally found it.|Our doggy was welcomed as well and got lots of attention from staff, who were absolutely brilliant and lovely.|I’m not sure what the blonde bartender name was but she was an absolute star making me a margarita which was probably one of the best ones I’ve had! |We ordered a cake & basket of chips and it was really nice and very big portions. |Prices are very reasonable and the place has a very cosy atmosphere. We will be bringing our friends and family there and definitely will be there quite often!

My first time here even though I’ve been living nearby for years! It has lovely tables outside imagine are great in the summer.
Menu was great, perfect for the kids and the adults get a great portion size and very tasty options. Chicken curry was perfect, missus a Nan bread.

We have enjoyed our one night stay overall. Especially liked the dinner in the restaurant and the breakfast. We followed other travellers advice and ordered the pie and did not regret it. Delicious! Plentiful and very tasty Scottish breakfast too. We were not over the moon with a room. Although expected for the inn the room to be small, but it was really tiny, with no space to put our things (the owners offer to put the cases in the hallway). The bathroom can be fitted with a few hooks too. The room was clean though. The village is nice and full of history. We enjoyed our evening walk there.

Stayed here for one night in July. What a superb little hotel this is tucked away in Abernethy. Dinner was top range pub grub in a beautifully decorated dining room/bar area, breakfast was very tasty and filled us up for hours! The room was lovely with a super comfy bed and nice clean bathroom. Staff were super friendly too. Highly recommend this wee gem of a hotel. My only complaint was that it was raining so we couldn't sit outside!

Stayed at The Crees for overnight stay. Staff were welcoming and very hospitable and friendly. . Food was excellent, fresh, hot, with generous portions. Restaurant and bar was quaint with a lovely ambience. Room was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Breakfast was second to none, again, the quality of the food was amazing. Also very reasonably priced considering the quality of food. The owners deserve the credit for this hidden gem, we will definitely be returning .

Visited with a group of friends for dinner on a Saturday night. We all loved our food, with generous portions, excellent variety, numerous gluten free options & brilliant service. A friendly, cosy restaurant that we hope to return to soon! Would definitely recommend.
