We stayed here a few years ago and enjoyed it but since that time this place has had a major overhaul. Obviously there has been a very big financial investment that has been spent very well. Our room was very nicely furnished and a very good size. The double bed was very comfortable and about 6 foot. Tea and coffee making fasciitis were in the room. In fact the room had an espresso coffee maker, very nice. We also had a balcony that overlooked the common. The bathroom was large with a roll top bath, large rainwater shower and double sinks. I would rate this as one of the best B&B rooms we have stayed at. We had an evening meal in the restaurant which was also very tastefully furnished and decorated. The meal was excellent and I honestly couldn’t fault it. We also found the staff very helpful. The breakfast menu was extensive and d probably one of the best breakfast I’ve had anywhere. We will definitely be returning here. I can highly recommend this venue. It’s also well placed to get a train from Chislehurst rail station into London.

I organised a surprise party for my wife at The Crown. Mario and his team could not have been more helpful, supportive or friendly during the planning and the event. The function room was a great space, the food was delicious and the setting is perfect. Thank you for a brilliant party.

We stayed here for one night and the room was just beautiful, we had a little balcony with a view of the park. Wonderful decorations and very spacious with a huge bathroom, fluffy towels and bathrobes and an extremely comfy king sized bed. It also included breakfast outside which was delicious with brilliant service.

What a little gem. How have I not been here before. A stylish warm welcoming bar/hotel with
a great beer garden. We visited on fathers Day, and all had each of the roasts with extra trimmings. It was the best roast I've ever had. Service was prompt and friendly, and the atmosphere was great. Locals were coming in using the bar area and beer garden to stop off for a quick drink while walking their dogs. The summer cocktail menu was really good.

I stayed in a boutique room and had a private balcony looking over the common. The shower was great and toiletries were great. ||I was there for a friend’s wedding and I would like to recognise how great the staff were. Friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. Abi was particularly good. She was clearly in control of the whole experience and was responsive to all of our last minute requests. It seemed that nothing was too much trouble for her so thanks very much for that. ||I would definitely stay here again. ?

Really fantastic Sunday lunch, the best I’ve had out for ages - both starter and main was top drawer. Service was also excellent - we were a large party with 4 young children, and Evie was great.
This will be my go-to in Chislehurst from now on - it surpasses The Bull.

This was our second time staying at The Crown whilst visiting friends & family in the Chislehurst area.

We had a boutique room previously and one of the other rooms recently. Both rooms were well furnished with large comfortable beds. The showers in both rooms were excellent.
The pub and bar area is light and spacious with some good beers on tap.

The included breakfast was more than enough to set you up for the day.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to Angie for looking after us with a last minute change to our booking, for checking us in and at breakfast.

I would highly recommend The Crown for stays in this part of Greater London/Kent borders.

We stayed at The Crown this weekend with our 10 week old baby. This was his first trip away from home and we were very worried about how well he would sleep. Needless to say we shouldn’t have worried as we all slept through the night! The room was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable, the service was brilliant and location fantastic. Would definitely recommend!
