Location is just right from where we are going. The Hotel is stunning, very clean and the staff are very friendly especially Aisling great service from her highly recommended!!!!
Our room is nice, good size and clean. We did find it slightly on the dark side as one of the tall lamps didn’t work and unfortunately no natural light as we have a brick wall outside our window. No big problem, and it didn’t impact our stay.

It was nice stay at the hotel, i was on business trip but tried this hotel for the first time. My honest review about the hotel is good just front desk staff needs to be more courteous. Food was good. ||Worth mentioning about the first interaction with hotel team while making booking, the gentleman name Ajit assisted me with his so professionally and he was beyond my expectations of british hospitality. His presence of mind, customer centric attitude he was just beyond the reservation manager. I have only experienced such sense of hospitality in east asian countries while talking with him i realised he was hotel manager in india and that’s what truly reflecting in his way of handling. Kudus to the management for having such good customer service gem.

We had such a gorgeous experience in the Crown.. the hotel itself is an icon. Rooms are really spacious, bright , clean and the beds are so comfortable.
The staff would make your day. They are so warm and go out of their way to help you and chat to you... Thank you Divva and all the staff at The Crown ?

The receptionist is amazing. Room is big and spacious and has basic amenities but where I was situated, I can hear the loud banging of the door the whole night but as I was post massage I fell asleep midnight. Would be worst I would have woken up all night hearing this loud noises . However, their breakfast buffet is amazing ? location is good ?

We recently stayed at the crown london and had an absolutely perfect experience The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable,The staff was friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. The food was delicious, with a wide range of options to suit every taste. The location was ideal, with easy access to all the major attractions. But what really made our stay stand out was the exceptional service from the hotel team, who ensured that every detail was taken care of. The location of this hotel is ideal for visiting the centre of London as the Underground is only a 10 minute brisk walk. As for the hotel itself, the rooms to the right of reception are clean & basic which is all you need if exploring the London sites. The bar closes at 11pm in other words you have to drink up before 11pm (no residential priority of after hours here)
Staff are hard working & must be commended for their helpfulness & their professionalism particularly Divya who went above her call of duty in making our stay a most enjoyable one.
We will be back but please refurbish the other rooms to the left of reception.

I can honestly say that this hotel has no flaws and the bus stop is visible from the hotel door so you can easily access the sights and the city center. The staff are all good. One of the staff helped us a lot in our work and I want to thank him ((Smith))

What an absolute shocker of a hotel.
Poorly run, old, smelly, noisy and down right rude staff. How this place stays open.
The room I stayed in stunk of pee. The flat above the room was noisy. And dont even mention the mould growing on the banister with a collapsed ceiling. I can't say one good thing about the place. It's dreadful.
