We are glad we booked direct as we had a package which included drink and cake on arrival, 3 course evening meal, and buffet breakfast, plus free parking and a bottle of Prosecco. We also had excellent weather so made the most of the large swimming pool. Also liked the comfortable lounges and restaurants. It was our wedding anniversary so an ideal venue. The room was clean and large with a good sized cupboard and other features. We never book Seaviews as back hotel rooms are usually quieter. Only disappointment was there was not a minibar in room and the lift was so small.

Excellent hotel in a great location. We stayed for 3 nights and had a lovely time. Service is excellent, especially the front desk and you feel very at home all around the hotel. Stunning views of the sea and I can imagine it’s glorious in the summer. The room was spacious, clean and very quiet. I recommend the breakfast especially but all the food was good.

I booked and then was passing through Bournemouth a few days earlier and thought I had made a mistake as the exterior looked a little tired from the road. However when I returned the interior is wonderful and quite classy. Staff were all friendly and efficient. Room was quite acceptable for a short stay..think I would consider upgrading for any longer than a couple of days. Bar food and drink prices all reasonable and food was very good. I'd go back again ?

It was a very clean and tidy, room for one. The whole hotel, |is very good, from how clean it is, too the Members of staff. Food was the best I have had in a long time. Well presented, beautiful cooked. I had vegetarian chick pea and Spinach. Very very good. Great day. Would love to go again.

Great stay, very comfortable hotel makes you feel relaxed. The best cocktails i have had in a while were served at the bar, dog friendly in some areas and very welcoming in general. Amazing balcony sea views! We will be coming back when we are in the area. Thank you!

Easy access from the railway station, I enjoyed the cliff top location , 20 minutes walk into bournemouth centre or other direction to Boscombe. Reception staff were helpful and friendly I got a complimentary room upgrade which was very much appreciated the room was very comfortable. A very enjoyable stay

I organised a 60th birthday party at the hotel. From the planning and booking the suite to the day the event took place, I had great help and support from both Dominic and Edward of the events team. The party went ahead and all guests were happy with the venue, ambience, friendly and helpfulness of staff and catering. It was a great success. Thanks again to all the staff who made this possible.

Does not live up to its four star rating. Toilet not clean, bed not comfortable. Hotel looks very run down and in need of repairs.
Nice swimming pool and polite and attentive staff. Food at restaurant average for the price.
