Lisa and Fred are so friendly and accommodating. We have been back to their dairy house twice now as we love it so much, so clean, tidy and full of everything you need for a family holiday away (including amenitiesfor our 9 month old). Perfect location to visit lots of exciting museums, the zoo and plenty of gorgeous walks. Would 100% recommend - 5 stars!

Absolute perfection!
We have just returned from a few nights stay here and none of us were ready to leave.
The property itself is beautifully welcoming and cosy, a real home from home. The location was a great base for lots of fun days out exploring the many attractions nearby if you don’t mind a short drive, and we looked forward to coming ‘home’ each evening.
The owners made us feel so welcome and there are many personal touches that we have just never had anywhere else.
I highly recommend this property and we can’t wait to come back ☺️

The Dairy at High House is of superior quality and would easily make an entry in the 'Best Places to Stay' in the Weekend section of The Times. All guests are met on arrival and shown what the accommodation has to offer and the functioning of its facilities. The welcoming pack in the 'fridge is a lovely & thoughtful bonus. It is in an idyllic location in a beautiful Somerset village of mellow ham stone houses with the owner's sheep in an adjacent field plus chickens to complete the pastoral scene.

Had a lovely 4 night stay at the Dairy, this place has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Great location just off the A303, perfect for exploring Somerset (if you can bring yourself to leave the barn that is!)

Fantastic location, very nice luxury house and hospitable owner. When we arrived the fridge was stocked and there was fresh bread. In one word, highly recommended.

wonderful cottage and lovely owner. arrived to find bacon sausage, milk and orange juice. all just so we didn't have to shop for breakfast when we arrived.

The cottage is beautiful, the furnishings are what you would buy for your own house. Very comfortable, spacious, extremely well maintained. Would go again.
