I’ve just had the best facial of my entire life from Sam! The only way I can describe it is to say it was like being treated by an angel! Sam is so gentle, clearly very experienced, and knew exactly what my skin needed and what I needed as a person. I came away floating on a little cloud of utter relaxation and happiness! And my skin feels wonderful. The Spa team couldn’t be more friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere was professional and relaxing. Thank you!

Another lovely time spent at the spa having manicure . Was made relaxed and was treated to a hand massage and manicure truelly pampered. Cami made my experience well worth while. I'm nervous at things like this but no need as treated special left feeling so good thank you from Laine

I recently had a disappointing pedicure appointment at this spa. Despite booking a 60-minute session online, the therapist rushed through it in just 35 minutes. For £40, I expected better care; one of my toenail wasn't properly painted. When I emailed the manager, they blamed me for putting on flip flops too early and said the 60 minutes appointment includes a 15-minute turnaround time—information not mentioned during booking. They offered to redo one toenail, but it's not worth the travel. I won't be returning.

I‘ve had many massages in my life all over the world and also on a regular basis in other spas in Exeter. I‘m so happy to have found the treatment loft! The team is very welcoming and I had massages with Leva and Kelly and both are just amazing. Very caring and lovely personalities. Both tailor their treatment to your needs and you can feel the knowledge, experience and passion in every movement. I‘m very happy there and will certainly visit on a regular basis. I had a deluxe pedicure with Emily, she was very attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout. The scalp massage included was a definite highlight & so relaxing with lovely chilled music & dim lighting. I've always enjoyed visiting the treatment loft and will definitely continue to return!
