Stayed on 26 c27 January 2024, good value, clean room and en suite bathroom, smart T provided, along with tea and coffee facilities.
Breakfast was included and was cereal, juice, full English , toast and coffee.
Room was warm and comfortable, a plus being positively Baltic out at 1C!
Location is right for all of Bourne Town being in walking distance.

We had high hope for a quick stay to see family. Upon arrival, the room was musky. So we decided to check the bed, soiled protection sheet, dead spider behind sheet, and very dirty stained mattress & bed frame, with a fresh red stain. You would not want to walk barefoot on the carpet! We also didn't feel safe with the window and door lock. We decided to leave and phone around for accommodation elsewhere. The owners decided not to open the door. I can't understand the good reviews. The Dormy B&B needs a complete makeover. It's a shame as Bourne is lacking a simple B&B ?‍♀️

Very surprised to have such clean facilities, friendly welcome and really good breakfast. Friends were sceptical that, for the price, I would have problems.
There are no impressive views to be had but the en-suite room (good shower), comfy bed, hot drink facilities and nearness to Town Centre more than make up for that. Ample safe parking as well.

I had a very nice stay. Friendly hosts and excellent breakfast. Room nice and tidy and clean. Simple but good, I don't need much luxury. Nothing to complain. It was perfect for what I wanted to do in the area. Also good communication and quick response from the hosts.

Stayed here while i was in Bourne. Owners were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms nice and clean. Breakfast was always something to look forward to, delicious!. Great location, service station was just around the corner. Town centre just a 5 minute walk. Would stay here again.

Myself and three sons stayed here for two nights while visiting family. We had spent many hours travelling down from Devon and when we arrived we were greeted with a friendly smile and showed to our rooms which were cosy and warm ready for our arrival.|| The rooms were beautifully clean, every thing we could need, TV, shower, free Wi-Fi, kettle, towels with a wonderful cooked breakfast in the morning. We highly recommend this bed-and-breakfast and when we visit family again will definitely book here.|| Thank you very much.

Stayed here due to work and it was great. The owners are fantastic and friendly and made me feel at home and the breakfast is delicious. The rooms are simple but comfortable. Really close to the centre of town and not far from bourne woods which is perfect for an afternoon stroll to wind down and relax 🙂

Okay, so a couple of negatives but so minor it shouldn't put anyone off. Colour scheme of the rooms was stupidly outdated; but who cares when you turn the light off and snuggle down in a comfy, warm bed. Like others have said, the bathroom could have been better equipped with a couple of sachets of shower gel and shampoo but when I paid 28 quid for a twin room (all singles had gone I presumed) I wasn't going to complain. Also, the phone signal in the area is really bad and there was no mention of a wi fi code. Kind of a basic necessity these days but again, for one night and the price I wasn't going to complain.||||The room was clean and had everything needed; TV, tea and coffee, soap and a clean bathroom with hot powerful shower, big fluffy towels and easy access. Breakfast in the morning was great, hot full English with all the trimmings, as much tea as I needed to wake me and there was also cereal, muesli etc on offer too. ||||Don't go to this place if you're expecting night time panoramas of the Bourne town or South Lincolnshire countryside. It's simple, basic but done well. Clean, tidy, refreshing and quiet location despite being a 30 second stroll to the town centre. ||||Thankyou for having me!
