Mark has been a superb chef during our stay in Dorset. He provided lots of delicious food using local produce and was very accomodating to all dietary requirements - creating some delicious vegan meals for myself (including the best pizza and bbq salads!). Thank you Mark!

Mark has created an incredible environment for us to enjoy in Bridport. He has gone above and beyond tailoring to my gluten and lactose intolerance. His beef roast paired with vegetables sourced from our garden has been beyond impeccable. Best roast I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

We hired Mark and lovely Joe to cook dinner for 14 of us for my birthday celebration.
The food was utterly divine and he took into consideration vegetarians and vegans as well as the meat eaters. The menu he created was stunning- everyone was absolutely thrilled with it. Incredibly good value for the quality of food and service we received.
On top of that, what a genuinely lovely man- he obviously love what he does! And Joe was a pure delight. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!
