Great house and well situated. We came with all family members (13) and what was great was all kids were able to sit together in the living room dinning table.
Rooms were equipped with usual decors and soap but for the prices it’s lacked the deluxe decor one may be accustomed to! Odd we were asked to take bed linens off( not a biggy but not used to that!) .
The hot tub was clean and ready to use but the sauna looked a little tired.
We all enjoyed our stay and kitchen had all we needed except a coffee machine ( small detail that would have changed our views).
Overall , we all enjoyed our stay and thanks for all the alerting emails prior to our arrival and making our stay a very good one !

We stayed in Eagles Nest with family members and the house is absolutely fantastic. It has great views and all the rooms are beautifully decorated with enough space for everyone. We wished we could have stayed longer! We will definitely be back at some point. Thank you so much to the hosts who were very attentive throughout the stay.

Stayed at the house for a weekend in May to celebrate a special birthday with friends. Can not fault anything, the house is perfect with everything you need and more, it really has a home from home feel. The location is great, we made a few trips into Aviemore. Hosts go above and beyond and are so accommodating, can not praise Erin and Nick more! Hope to be back again with the family.Would highly recommend!

We were celebrating a family birthday as a large group. The house was perfect. So big, everyone had plenty space. The weather was amazing so utilised the outdoor area more, but pool table was also well used. The views are amazing, would be fab in the winter too!

Service from the couple/company who look after the property was brilliant from the initial booking all the way through until after we checked out.
Location is absolutely gorgeous, it is of course remote but not at all far from from Boat of Garten or Aviemore, so for our trip was perfect!
The property is beautiful and well kitted out for a large groups.
We travelled as a group of friends for the weekend, but would highly recommend to families/groups of friends/families travelling together. Plenty of space for everyone both inside and outside, if the weather allows. Great bonus is use of the hot tub, sauna and bbq area outdoors!

Stayed at the house mid-week as a large family for a special birthday occasion.  First of all, the house is stunning, so large and spacious, more than enough space for everyone, (we hardly seen the kids).  It was immaculately clean on arrival and we really loved the welcome basket touch. The rooms and beds were luxurious and comfortable with most en-suite.  Gorgeous large living room with stunning panoramic views across the Cairngorms, however the games room became our social hang out area that we all found ourselves in every night.  Comfy sofas and chairs with real fires in all the social areas and plenty of firewood was provided.  The kitchen is really kitted out with everything you need for cooking, has ample supply of tea, coffee and all the needed amenities for a large group.  We made full use of the hot tub and even had a BBQ in the hut, so the house has everything for everyone and we did not want to leave.  Location is remote, which we loved though and it just set back off the main road, plus really not far to travel to Aviemore or Grantown by car.  Overall our stay was one of the best we have had and we cannot wait to come back. Would highly recommend The Eagles Nest to my friends & family.

Stunning setting, beautiful views, spacious accommodation. Very clean and the attention to detail in this accommodation is very good. I would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back. I visited at the beginning of June with 9 friends to celebrate my 50th. Everyone enjoyed and thought it was beautiful. We were also very lucky with the weather which enhanced the views.

Fantastic stay at Eagles Nest for my partners 40th.
Accommodation was clean, comfortable, well equipped and to a high standard.
We made full use of the BBQ hut, hot tub, sauna and pool table.
Kitchen has everything you need to cater for large groups.
Our hosts Erin and Nick were extremely helpful and provided all the information we needed well in advance of our stay.
Only 5 minute drive from Aviemore - would definitely recommend.
