Friendly and welcoming. Nice and quiet with easy parking and owners made a real effort to make sure everything was OK. Comfortable beds and good facilities.|What a nice Hotel. It was on the main road, but wasn't noisy at all. It has a great pub with lovely staff. The landlord Debbie and the bartender Alex were really great. As we stopped here for the NC500 she gave us some good advise where to go. Looking forward to come back here on the end of our trip on the 10th of May

Fantastic. Very welcoming from Debbie and her lovely daughter. Comfortable cozy very clean room. Lovely hotel and great bar. Locals very friendly and made us very welcome. Great beer. I’d high recommend and can’t wait to go back.

Clean and tidy room, with towels replaced daily. Beds were comfy and lots of space in our room. Debbie (owner) was very friendly and welcoming and gave suggestions of local places for food (The Village Inn was very good!). Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

My husband's family had chosen to stay near Bridge of Earn to visit a family member whose cognitive functions are dwindling. So 3 couples from different parts of Scotland spent 2/3 nights at this gem of a hotel. |The rooms are charming with lovely curtains, good heating and a small shower room with a toilet. |I have awarded 5 stars as all our comforts were catered for. The owner Debby could not do enough to make our stay special.|The bar which is open from 15.30 to 22.00 is a REAL local PUB: this pub has several local regulars who are happy to engage visitors like myself. The selection of drinks is splendid and the prices very reasonable. |There are no fancy hot drink machines but the rooms have a stock of tea bags and instant coffees which Debby was happy to top up. |Yes at present there is no breakfast but the options nearby were excellent: two doors down bakery which does mny hot rolls.... or walk 10 minutes (car drive if raining) to the Earn Café. |A very special stay and the price of a double or twin room is very low. |5 stars for the location, the welcome, the rooms and the pub! |We will go back.... we hope. |We also wish Debby and her pub locals all the best!.

If you are looking for luxury then not the Earn Hotel.
If you are looking for value then it is perfect. The rooms are extremely comfortable and clean.
The host is absolutely fantastic. The room was cleaned everyday and always immaculate
Downside not food, but the bakery along the road does a wonderful breakfast box for less that £5... and there is a local co-op next door.
The Ritz it isn't but I would stay there again in a heartbeat

Debbie the owner and landlady is super friendly, and nothing is too much trouble for her. |The locals are so friendly and welcoming. |The rooms are spotless clean with clean towels daily. |When I asked to borrow an iron for my shirt, she gave me her own one as I was going to a wedding and wanted it to be perfect. |I strongly advise to make your visit to here, you will experience true Scottish hospitality. ||Thank you Debbie ||Ross and Clara X

We were made very welcome by Debbie. The room was ideal for our two night stay. The hotel is undergoing an impressive upgrade and everything is just right. The room was very comfortable and the bar was friendly with locals. Debbie is an excellent landlady

Booked a room a almost a year ago.
Still waiting for the refund. Contacted this company and the owner 10 times in the past year.

Not responding to e-mails, not solving the problem.
When picking up the phone, just saying they will fix the problem, but each messag\mail they read, they just don't respond too.

Gave them multiple options to pay me back, back transfer, credit card etc. not any response.

Watch out for this hotel.
